My husband and I stayed one night, checked in late and the clerk seemed to be upset that we checked in late. There were only the pillows on the bed knowing there were two of us that could be considered throw pillows. Also the water in the shower never stayed warm, ended up taking a cold shower, which there was only two towels in the bathroom, clearly […] not enough for two people. The fridge had a bottle of who injured what left inside, we were not pleased with or stay Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"not up to 2 stars"
Went to check in and had to wait. Plumbing noises from other. Rooms was very loud and the pillows were l o u s y. Good thing I was very tired that nightGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Would NOT recomend."
The pillows were half pints. The phone did not work so I had to call from my cell to request extra pillows to no avail. " We don't have any more pillows". I requested more towels. Bring the dirty one's down first. We don't have room service, was his response. The room was tiny, and there were no "smoking OK rooms. No ashtrays outside. Overpriced!!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Horrible night!!!!!"
We booked this hotel for one night as we came to cherry hills for a new years party and didn't want to drive back. The room was ice cold as the heat was not even turned on! So we turned on the heat only to feel that barely any heat was coming out so we had to put it to max heat!!!!! Changing clothes was literally impossible !!!!! and after shivering […] for 2 hrs in dirty sheets and one tiny pillow..... Night was really miserable! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"A NIGHTMARE OF A STAY"
Do not book a reservation at this hotel and here's why: the carpet is filthy; there is mold in the shower; the toilet seat has been painted; the lamp shade has been repaired with tape and staples; as of right now (11:40am) there is NO ONE working in the office to talk to about our concerns! And don't even think about asking for an extra pillow--"the […] construction people stole all of the extra pillows." Also, there's a boarded-up, abandoned house next door! To make matters worse, hotels.com is not being very cooperative in helping us with this matter. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Econo Lodge Mt. Laurel·DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!"
This was the WORST hotel experience of my life. The hotel general manager was extremely rude and condescending. The rooms are filthy, the free "breakfast" is laughable at best. The hotel manager should be sent to a training class to learn how to properly provide decent customer service. This place is awful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Don't stay if you like cleanliness & breakfast"
I recently booked a week stay at this hotel, but when I got there it looked very unsafe and the locks were primitive. Then, just walking a little bit inside the room my socks were black from the filth. The tub was stained and the comforter looked like it had never been cleaned. It was gross, small and the continental breakfast looked like food poisoning […] waiting to happen. Stale bagels, a few crappy mini muffins and a pitcher of fake orange juice. I was immediately taken care of by hotels.com and transferred to a better hotel across the street. This hotel was very dirty and unsafe. Plus, you have to go up steps to get to ANY room. "Really disappointing...."
You don't expect a lavish hotel when you book Econo Lodges but this one isn't worth the reduced cost. Very small rooms with no easy chair and with 3 tiny pillows atop a king bed sets the stage. We called the desk to ask for 2 more pillows and they told us they have no extras of anything.... Next time we'll book the Fairfield Inn directly across the […] street for the extra $10.00 Very disappointed.... Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"avoid this hole"
The room was cold upon arrival, the phone didn't work, the place was filthy, it had a funky breakfast and the washroom was disgusting. Avoid this place like the plague.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
