Wifi wouldn't connect in room and the front desk clerk told me to either go sit in the hallway closer to the elevators or come sit in the lobby if I wanted to use wifi- apparently the signal doesn't reach to the end of the hall rooms and that is their solution for guests. Neither of the phones in room […] worked either. Hotel restaurant wasn't bad, just really slow service. Not many channels to choose from on tv. Overall room was fine, a bit noisy- I could hear the conversations in the adjoining room clearly at night and the yelling occurring across the hall in rooms.     First of all it was a great stay. I have no complaints to make. The only issue was it was on a hwy where you cannot make a left turn. If you leave the premises you have to make two u turns to get back into to it. I think the hotel was an ex Marriott. Rooms are spacious, very clean and great customer service.

    Our stay at The hotel ML was reserved for the MonsterMania convention at the Crowne Plaza. We checked in and discovered the women running the front were very short and pushy. The beds were very small and access to our room seemed like miles from the front door. The main attraction was the water park within the building. It appeared to be nice however […] we decided not to go due to a high volume of people. Cable only gives you about 10 channels. The room service was a high point. Nice staff and great food.     Al the bell hop and the housekeeping crew (don't forget to tip housekeeping!) did a great job. Other than their stellar and commendable performance, the rest was a nightmare. The bar tender should be fired -- I'd consider buying the place just to fire him. Refused to serve multiple customers because he was too busy counting money from checks and entering […] them into the register. Every so often, he looked up to scowl at the waiting customers. I was among the many who just got up and left. This is just one example of why you should stay as far away from this place as you can.     Had booked the room for my girlfriend and I, hoping for a nice weekend away, granted the room itself was nice.. Nothing above the ordinary, but as far as service probably the worst i have experianced.. There was a huge line when my girlfriend and i went to check in, clearly because of understaffing.. Later on when we went to the bar, they were poorly […] stocked ( no red bull, ginger ale, and beverage napkins)? The bartneder went on the complain of the quality of the food and the lack of certain items and how long it had been since he actualy saw the particular dishes, even though they were still on the menu. I felt an overall vibe of "half-minded service" . When we went to check out i was rudely supprised with a $49 dollar room charge for music that i had to pay for without any previous warning that the on demand music would be as expensive as it was..     Decent place. The lobby area is nicer than the rooms. Furniture/fixtures are old - TV's have been upgraded. Many groups frequent this location, so sometimes the hallways get very loud. That said, when I complained about the loud hallway, front desk staff was extremely helpful and moved me to another room.     The hotel was convenient and appeared to be very full. The rooms was clean, but did not have a fresh smell. The soap in the bathroom was hoorible - it barely lathered. A few small tweaks and it could be a nice stay.

    This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The decor was poppy and rad, and the people at the check-in counter knowledgable, friendly and could give clear, accurate directions to places. Great restaurants near by, and my room was huge! Overall, splendid stay.

    Arrived around 2pm and was able to get our room right away. The room was nice but had a slit smell to it. The toilet tank was cracked, but it wasn't leaking. The crack took away from the decor of the bathroom. Ended up changing room because of the smell, which wasn't a problem. Other than that I had a good stay.     Although this is not a bad place, it's certainly not 3-1/2 stars. It fits squarely in the 3 star range. The furniture is probably the worst part. The dresser literally looks like something out of the garbage and the bathroom fixtures are old, as are the elevators. That said, there's a decent restaurant/bar, sufficient parking, a nice lobby/convenience […] store, and a friendly enough staff.     I really did not know what to expect when I checked into the Hotel ML - BOY was I surprised - this lobby was really nicely appointed, the staff friendly and courteous. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling for Business or Pleasure.

    The hotel was very nice as far as cleanliness, comfort, and service. The staff were helpful with questions about the area. I would give it a 4 out of 5 for 2 reasons, the hotel is not labeled. There is no sign or anything so I missed it and had to figure out NJ no left turns to get back. And secondly, the wireless internet was terrible. The signal was […] very weak and went in and out.     I was concerned with some of the less favorable reviews but I found the hotel to be clean overall. They appear to be in the middle of a renovation which shows an attempt to improve the hotel. The hotel is a very good value for the cost and I would stay there again when I am in the area.

    Hotel ML in Mount Laurel NJ is a clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. The staff is knowledgable and helpful. The free wireless internet access and decent exercise room make business trips more enjoyable.

    I chose the hotel for convenient location to my business meeting and the greyhound bus terminus. reviews were poor but I reckon this was due to refurbishment. The shuttle bus driversand front desk staff were fantastic and very keen to help.
