"Busy"
When I went to check-in at 3 p.m., the front desk lady told me that my room was not ready. I then asked her what time it was (3 p.m.) and then asked her what time check-in was (3 p.m.). She immediately told me that their rooms are bigger that other hotels, so it takes longer to clean each room. Didn't get off to a great start with me. I also had a coworker […] with me and needed to book another room for the night, but they were completely booked. So just know this hotel probably fills up quickly and almost every night -- I'm assuming from legislators and politicians who come to Harrisburg. They serve a complimentary dinner every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, which is always nice. I had a meeting at the time they were serving dinner, so I can not comment on the quality. "Clean and spacious!"
The hotel is very clean and the rooms are updated. Loved having a kitchen. The only disappointment were the beds. They were soo uncomfortable. My husband wanted to sleep on the floor rather than the bed because it was so uncomfortable. Other than that it was fine. Breakfast was great every morning.Genuine Expedia guest review
Nice hotel. Great stay overall. The first room we were given smelled like trash but the problem was quickly resolved and we were given a new room with no hassle. My only complaint is that our key to our room didn't work after the first time we used it. I don't think the guy was programming them rig gt because we had the same issue the next morning and […] a lady programmed them and they worked fine each time after that. "The NOISE"
I was very happy with the hotel staff and the room. It was clean, they allowed pets and the breakfast was very good. The PROBLEM started about 8pm when the trailer trucks were being loaded onto the cabs. the noise did not stop until 4am.
