"Will NEVER stay here again"
I stay on average in about 30 motel/hotel rooms a year. I have never felt compelled to write a review on a hotel until now. Our family stayed at this location, because the cost, location and the overall guest rate was high for this motel. The cost & location were great, but the cleaniness of the room and condition of the motel were much to be desired […] and it's hard to believe this motel has such a HIGH rating. We had two rooms. In both rooms there was a large amount of dust around the edges of the room, baseboard in the bathrooms & room and along the top of the curtains. In both rooms the bottom of the tubs looked extremely filthy and there were hairs present upon check-in. In one of the rooms there were numerous sticky spots on the carpet; as if someone had spilled petrolleum jelly on the floor. "Good location"
The hotel was located centrally for all our activities. However there was a strange smell in the halls and elevator sort of musty. The room itself smelled at first but after the sir conditioning got going it didn't smell as bad. The staff was very helpful and courteous.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
