"An adequate hotel"
We had to have our room changed three times once we checked in to get the correct room configuration based on our reservation. Staff were very accommodating in this regard, but running up and down was annoying after a long road trip. The room was adequate, but after reading the reviews of others who stayed here, we expected a lot more. The room was […] tired and worn and the bed was hard. The main lamp in the living room was broken and the phone was imprinted with the name of a competing hotel chain with incorrect phone numbers. On a positive note, water pressure was great, so the shower was excellent, staff were nice, and the included hot breakfast and dinner were good. While there were a few places to eat within walking distance, the hotel was in an industrial area with office buildings and another hotel next door. "Housekeeping needs some work -- filthy floor."
Great location. Good Services -- Full Breakfast, Internet (both wired and wireless), Light Dinner. Friendly people. Good layout, etc. Housekeeping needs some work. The floor in my suite was absolutely filthy. There were mysterious stains and spots all over it. My clean white sox were dirty from wearing around inside. I bent down to get something I dropped […] and noticed a sock peaking out from under the dust ruffle left by a previous guest - yuck. Also, the room was on the first floor and the windows were not only unlocked, but they were the kind of windows that can tilt in for cleaning -- and they were not in their tracks, so they could easily be pushed in. "Great Room, Bad Location, Staff - no knowledge of area, Great Price"
The room was great; health club and pool great, buffet breakfast normal, very dog friendly. Only one decent restaurant close (Indian - very good). There is a restaurant in the attached Embassy Suites that has a full bar - but you are basically eating in a hotel lobby. Location is "middle of nowhere". The problem is when you ask for information or help […] or directions from the front desk they don't know. When it is the first time in the area you need a little help.
