I will never stay here again! Very concerned about the battering ram marks on the door. Breakfast was nothing like expected, it consist of a single danish (to share with multiple people) and coffee. Internet they promised to have wasn't working. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Too many concerns.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

People that were at the front desk were rude.. When we got there we made reservations through thier website and they said that we needed the card we used to make the reservation. We used a cooperate account from Lowes because we were there for a meeting and they would not let us check in. For over an hour they told us that we had to get paperwork faxed […] over that we could use the card. Then they finally told is that if we were to just re reserve the room at hotels.com it would be ok... This was over an hour and a half later.
