We were 10 mins late in checking out and during that time 2 people after 5 mins came and asked us to leave which was very ridiculous. I mean we stayed there for 3 days. It is over rated I think.

Our family stayed here over Thanksgiving 2012 to be near relatives. It is a convenient location with plenty of guest parking. The hotel lacks significant updating. Carpeting is old and ugly. Many walls need painting. Has the feel of a 1970s hotel stuck in time. Staff were okay but not overly helpful.

All comforts and amenities were overshadowed by the tree maintenance that took place right outside our 3rd-floor window beginning at 7:30 or 8 a.m. one morning. Hotel did not notify guests in advance, nor was the staff particularly apologetic. Stayed (4) nights with no major issues. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Other than kids screaming at the pool in the evening, pretty quiet. Luckily the pool closes at 10pm. Speaking of the pool, it was very clean and the hot tub was welcome after a long day on the road. Parking wasn't a problem. Area is good with a Shell station on the corner and quick […] access to the 134 Freeway. Room was made up nicely each day by room service. The adjoining restraunt was fast, good and decently priced. We had a very nice experience at your hotel. Everyone that worked there was more than helpful. They gave us driving directions to everywhere we needed to go and answered any questions we had. Very good experience and i would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was a great location since trying to get as close to Pasadena for the Rose Bowl events without paying extremes amount of money! Right next to the 134, very quiet and the staff was very sweet. Close enough to major tourist attractions--only 5-7 miles from Hollywood and Universal Studios. However, far enough away to not have to pay an arm and a leg for a room. Very convenient highway access. Saw a cockroach in the hallway wall on the way to our room. Hope we didn't bring any back. Got back to the hotel at about 9 p.m. one night, and had to […] hunt for a parking spot. Clean room, very heavy doors (= sound proof). To call this place a dive is charitable. Filthy bedspread and ruffle, stained carpets, torn wallpaper, no baseboards, dilapidated mattress, broken elevator buttons, etc. The overuse of carpet perfume does not make the room clean! All I wanted was a simple, clean room; I was sorely disappointed.

Clean rooms and corridors, pool etc. Awesome staff attitude and service! Best Hotel in or around LA for the price. I've stayed in 200 rooms that fell short of this! Do it if you need cheap. And lees than 10 min from magic Mtn (Six Flags) and lot of other styff!

Our stay at the Days Inn was "okay". The room was comfortable and clean and it had a safe which was one of the things I look for. However, one of the most important things I look for is free wireless and although they advertise it, it is impossible to get a connection. The front desk was very nice upon check in and gave us three passwords (2 ipods and […] a laptop) however we never could log on with the laptop and the ipod connection kept dropping. So if you are looking for wireless stay somewhere else. If you don't need wireless it is a good hotel pretty close to everything Burbank and Hollywood. Read more

My expectations were not too high when booking but man this place is extremely out dated, from the popcorn ceilings to the 1973 soda machine that only takes coins. Our room was a non smoking room but still reeked of tar. The facility is also split in two, half Days Inn and half apartments... really weird. Parking is scarce but they have a lot across […] the street, a little tough lugging your bags back and forth across the street. Our keys were deactivated by the end of the first night and the desk clerk explained "thats what happens when you put them in your wallet." This place boils down to "you get what you pay for" but around a hundred bucks a night, the Motel 6 for less would have been an upgrade. Unless you are truly desperate (which we were as all other "neighboring" hotels to Universal Studios were sold out) I would not recommend staying here. Read more

Makes you feel like a local resident of Glendale cause the surrounding neighbors are apartment buildings. It's close to Glendale Galleria and Americana but not a walking distance. It will cost you $6-7 bucks for cab ride from this hotel to the mall. The area has magnificent view and great community.
