"Begging for clean towels"
While the hotel desk staff were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful for some reason the cleaning staff skipped our room each of the 3 nights we stayed at this hotel. We didn't have the "do not disturb" sign on the door. It was so strange that in this beautifully appointed place: clean pool, nice lounge area, quiet in the room--the maids didn't […] do our room while we were out during the day. When we called, the front desk staff quickly came with towels and took out the trash. The apologized profusely, but this became the routine. Only once was the room properly clean--only because on the second night the front desk staff had a maid clean our room (after they brought us towels and removed the trash). "Courtyard was supposted to be better"
I would expect a central heating and cooling control with a real thermostat. It had a Motel like window unit. We had to get up several times to change the heat to keep from alternative freezing and heating.Genuine Expedia guest review
