This was a good experience the rooms are nice and cheap however if you have more than two people there is an extra fee of $10.00\person. A good policy is to call ahead about therate especially if you are a AAA member. "More than I expected"

We actually were very pleased when we walked into our room. I had read some of the other reviews (some negative) and considered looking elsewhere, however decided to stay there. I took the trip to visit Binghamton University. Very convenient if you don't want to take a car onto the campus. But be prepared to jaywalk, because you're gonna be walking across a four-lane arterial road, and the pedestrian light on the opposite side of the road doesn't work. "Nice hotel, nice staff"
Enjoyed the breakfast...they had scrambled eggs, ham, waffle maker, cereal, fruit, etc. Hotel staff was friendly and courteous. The room was a bit chilly when we arrived (end of Dec.) but it quickly heated up. We had to pay a fee for having a small dog with us but I have no objections to that. I checked hotels in Vestal near Univ of Binghamton for a college visit. This hotel is 3 miles away in downtown Binghamton but it was worth the short ride. It was rennovated in early 2011.
