We travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels/ motels. On entering the reception it did not smell clean. It messy behind the reception. If you wanted the phone switched on in the room you had to pay a deposit. We needed a roll away bed which was extra . It would not even fit in the room.. It cost nothing to be clean . "I Will Never Stay at Super 8 Castle Rock Again!"
It was horrible. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. She gave us our room key and said she hoped nobody was already in the room. I told her I sure hoped not. When we went up to our room, we heard a television on inside. Sure enough, there was already somebody in the room. When we went down, she said she was afraid that would happen. "Very dirty"
This hotel was the first stop on a 2 week vacation, staying in a new location each evening and this was by far the dirtiest hotel of the entire trip. We arrived very late and left early the next morning. The linens appeared to be dirty, the floor turned my socks brown from the little walking I did from the bed to the bathroom. After not being able to […] arrange for anyone to clean the room we decided to use what we had in the car and cover the bed and pillows so we could at least get some rest. The hotel itself was in need of repairs and a good cleaning. Really not worth the price even at the low rates they offer. I travel a lot and this is one of the dirtier places I have been too. "Horrible Experience"
I reserved this hotel for an employee of mine that was completing work in Colorado. His stay at this hotel was horrific, he woke up the following morning with bites all over his body......................
