All rooms are located off interior corridors and are triple sheeted with Just-4-U bedding and four pillows per bed. A pillow menu is available and all rooms have new 32" LCD TV's with 80+ cable channels and HBO. Enjoy Wolfgang Puck coffee and Forever Living bath amenities including bath gel, shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. Our bathrooms have curved shower rods, see-thru shower curtains, & Moen shower heads. Every room offers a recyling bin.

"Great Hotel, Poor Management"
Not once of the four times that I came to the front desk was someone actually at it. The employees seem to like to hide in the office off to the side and make you wait until they are ready to serve you. The pool area has racks for pool towels but signs taped to them stating to please go to the front desk for pool towels. Of course that has a normal […] wait for employee to come from side office. Pool side rooms are loud at all hours of the night even though the pool is supposed to be closed at 11:00pm. This allows for about five hours to actually sleep if you have a pool side room. "Terrific."
We loved it. Fine location. Good price. Only negative was no elevator for luggage to the 2nd floor in the part of the hotel we stayed in. Oh yes, the ice machine was broken, but the courteous staff had ice there quicker than we could have gotten it ourselves. TCGenuine Hotels.com guest review

My husband and I were exhibiting at an Art Show in Estes Park and needed a place to stay for one night on our way up from another show in Denver. We didn't get to the hotel until 9PM and had to leave at 7AM the next morning but from the short time we were there, the hotel was nice.
