The Staff is more than wonderful, the Hotel is beautiful, the food was really really good, the beach is lovely and although the hotel is not in the city it is located beautifully and 10 minutes from Falmouth city center. The hotel staff was great. They were friendly and helpful. The best part of this hotel is the attached beach and that it was only a few minutes drive into town for places to eat and shop. Our room was your average hotel room, nothing special with the exception of the view of the ocean. The room was right above the pools and bar so it could get a bit loud at times. The staff was friendly and helpful. We found the breakfast buffet very nice but priceyat $18 per person for the full buffet. The hotel is right on its own private beach which […] is a plus and the staff was very helpful setting up the lounge chairs and umbrella. I was taken back at check out when they charged an activity fee of $15 per night that we stayed. The hotel has been updated with furnishings, and fixtures, but some of the carpets, ceilings were obviously looked over in the renovations. It was nice enough, but definitely not worth the price of a 4 star hotel. The check in process was okay -- the bell boy told us to take the stairs while he took our luggage in the elevator which I thought was rude […] considering I was with my older mom and my toddler. "Great Family Vacation"
We spent 3 nights here and loved it. We had an oceanfront room that was heavenly. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I read that the hotel had recently been redone and it looked great. The water was warmer than on the other side of the Cape which is on the ocean. The choice between and indoor pool, outdoor pool or the ocean gave us lots to do […] with a 7 year old. The hotel, its beachfront setting, and the pools were beautiful. The room, while clearly removated, had some remnants of the pre-renovation status. "Good location, very good staff"
Hotel has a very nice location. Lobby and garden are very clean and well maintained. However, the 2nd flood lobby had a wierd odor -- It could be mould because my asthma acted up during the stay.
