"wouldn't suggest this hotel to my worst enemy"
we requested a non smoking room as we have an asmatic child and were given a smoking room. after calling downstairs they insisted it was non smoking,. we found two ash trays in the room. the next morning we were told that indeed it was a smoking room with no apologies. we found the staff to be very rude and unhelpful. at check in we were sent across […] the street to the second hotel and then told we were in fact in the first hotel. "What a dump"
We had reserved a room with two double beds. When we arrived we were given a bed with a king bed and pull out couch over our protest. When we got to the room and went to pull out the sofa bed it was full of chips, cracker crumbs and who knows what else. When we protested this we were sent to another room -same set up but no bedding on the pull out. […] Back to the man at the front desk who insisted he had seen that bed made up but didnt bother to look. No apology-just a comment that he didnt have any housekeeping staff to make up the bed. The room was musty smelling. The wall paper at the back of the window was falling apart. the molding at the bottom of the window sill was falling apart. There was not enough towels for three people. The room I received was way below my expectations and contrary to your advertising. O hotel só é bom se você for com o único objetivo de fazer compras no Sawgrass Mills pois fica bem perto e depois de um dia inteiro andando é bem conveniente estar próximo do hotel. A cama é confortável e dá para descansar. Porém não recomendo e não volto, pois nao gostei da limpeza de um modo geral, o café da manha é muito modesto mas o pior mesmo […] é ter que ficar disputando lugar para sentar.
