You can't beat the price if you need to be in this location. The hotel is great, comfortable, clean. Only a minor complaint is that you can hear hall noises in the room. The doors need to be more sound proof, particularly when another guest decides to walk a crying baby in the hall....!?!? The walls are thin so you can hear neighbors, even to the point of them snoring. When the room doors shut, up and down the hall, it shakes the building, waking you up.

customer service must improve on this location I have 3 differents customers calling in to the front desk and they never picup the phone the 3 day was when someone pickup the phone and when he was question about why nobody pick the phone he said that he is the only person working there and he doesnt have the time to pick the phone.

As advertised, there was no fitness facility, the doors to the surrounding rooms have automatic closers that need adjustment, as they slam shut all day and night. This place was just okay. The room had a stale smell to it--not too pleasant. After turning air conditioning on for several hours it seemed to dissipate somewhat. This non-smoking room/non-smoking floor had some inconsiderate neighbors who chose to smoke in their rooms which infested our air. Management notified but smoking resuming hours later.

The floor we were on smelled of strong cigarette smoke although I requested non smoking because of my husbands allergies. The room was ok but it needed some heavy maintenance. Booked a non-smoking room, when I arrived I was given a smoking room without being inform before arriving inside the room. When I called down they stated there was no other rooms available that night. I was staying two nights. My cloths stunk for two days while I was In Sunrise on business.

This hotel was a great location for what I needed. Very easy to get to Sawgrass Mills, Ikea was next door, it was even easy to get to Fort Lauderdale Beach from the hotel. Starbucks was in walking distance as was a Subway and a decent pizza place.

O hotel é ótimo .. Ja fiquei em vários hotéis da mesma categoria em fort lauderdale que eram sujos cheiravam mal com aparência de velho .. O lá quinta é tudo novo ..
