    Great hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean.They have a complimentary continental breakfast. they also have a complimentary 4 o'clock wine and cheese. I... arrived very early, a lot before the check-in time. They didn't have an available room, but they were very helpful.     Location.
    Situated in the heart of New York, The Pearl New York is within walking distance of Circle in the Square Theater, Broadway, and Ed Sullivan Theater. Also nearby are Times Square and Rockefeller Center.

    Hotel Features.
    Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas. Business amenities at this 4-star property include a 24-hour business center, a meeting/conference room, and limo/town car service. A complimentary evening social is available on select days and guests are offered a complimentary breakfast. The staff can provide concierge services, tour/ticket assistance, and wedding services. Additional amenities include a fitness facility, a library, and multilingual staff. For a surcharge, guests receive transportation including a roundtrip airport shuttle (available on request) and an area shuttle. This is a smoke-free property.

    A nice tidy hotel in midtown. The desk staff and consierge were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was well worth it and we had no complaints. (Except for some reason the electrical outlets did not provide enough wattage to power the iron! But that is a minor point)

The staff was extremely responsive and pleasant, room was full of high end modern finishes, plush bedding, sparkling bathroom. Rate was 25% lower than my 2nd choice (4-star chain). The hotel was very quiet but usual city noises were audible during the wee hours, so if you're sensitive to city noise, you may prefer something taller than this.     The Pearl is a great find. It is right in the heart of the Theater District. A very nice room (bigger than most in NYC). The place is clean and modern - with free internet and a breakfast. The staff was great. I'll look to stay here again.

    I booked this due to its location and price but was pleasantly surprised by the entire facility. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room, clean and for New York spacious. I travel frequently to New York and will definitely stay here again.

    Great place. The staff are friendly but not in your face (which I really appreciate!). The rooms are clean and comfortable and bigger than most that I have seen in Manhattan. The location is killer. One thing I found creepy was their need to scan my ID at check in. Especially since the room was prepaid in full! Why do they need to save this information? My […] only complaint would be that they tout their environmental consciousness in the bathroom (by suggesting you use the same towel more than once) but then provide zero recycling facilites and also provide the entire continental breakfast using paper plates and plastic cutlery.     Great location. My room was clean, good size room for a business traveler. Breakfast and internet included and were perfect. Only downside was that my room had poor cellular reception and I had to go outside the room for mobile phone use. I recommend this hotel - nice, pleasant staff at reception and entry.

    I am a frequent business traveler to NYC, and have stayed in at least a dozen different hotels. Without question, the Pearl is THE BEST hotel for the money I have encountered in the city. It has everything you want, quick efficient check-in, beautiful and spacious rooms with very modern appointments, superb staff and customer service, and a fast checkout. […] I was really amazed at the room actually, it was huge including a nice sitting area (with love seat, fridge, coffee maker, flat screen), large bedroom (with two extremely comfortable beds, nice desk/work area, and a large flat screen), and an enormous bathroom (with a spotless tub and separate, very large walk in shower, and don't forget another flat screen).
