So I really enjoyed this hotel. It's really pretty and well-maintained, and the bathroom was really, really nice. The walk-in shower was HUGE with this great showerhead. Also, the hair dryer had a diffuser on it (bonus!!) and the soap smelled great. I think all hotel rooms in midtown are small, so that's not really a complaint against Cassa. Also we […] were stuck on the 11th floor. I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. They don't tell you that you can't choose any from the list. It's limited to a few items. The only thing I didn't like was the puddle of water I stood in when taking a shower. Another drain is needed in the shower. The bed was a little small to, low to ground.

It was difficult to find the hotel at first. No big signs out front and it is set back, however, the location is fantastic. We always stay in this area and unless the rate was much lower than some of the other hotels in , I don't think I would go back. Room very small which is what I expect in NYC, but the other hotels seem to use the space more efficently. […] No shelves in the shower area..you have to put soap, shampoo etc. on the floor. Service was spectacular! Room and hotel itself was immaculate! We go into the city at least twice a year to see a broadway play which is minutes away from the hotel. This will definately be the hotel we stay at for all future trips.

Great hotel close to Times Square. Conveinent, within walking distance to Times Square and Rockefeller Plaza. Only critique is limited amenities like coffee and continental breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. I would recommend, especially since the cost was reasonable compared to other neraby hotels.

I've never left a review/rating for anything before, but Cassa Hotel definitely deserves it! If I had anything negative to say--- the ONLY thing I could say negative was that the hotel room is quite small.. But it is New York! Every where you stay will be very small! But other than that, I had the best experience at Cassa! I've been to New York a total […] of 5 times in the last 4 years and this is the best hotel! I LOVE the location--- we barely took the subway anywhere this time! The staff (concierges AND doormen) are great and super friendly and very interactive (Bowan and Henry especially!) with guests. The reason why I didn't give them a 5 on staff was only because the morning staff wasn't as friendly as the afternoon/evening/late night staff... But it's ok! House keeping was AMAZING every day! The bed and comforter was so comfortable and soft--- I slept so well!! I normally wake up with back aches from hotels but not here! It's literally less than 5 min walk to time square and 5th ave and subways! But it's not in the middle of all the craziness which is what I love! The Hotel has its plus and minus. The lights in the bedroom are totally inadequate, too weak to read. In the Lounge or breakfast room there is a constant loud noise from the employees. Two cups of coffee, no refill offered , at ca. $ 8.00 including tip, wow! The front desk employees and the doorman, excellent!

It was a great hotel with a extremely friendly and helpful staff. We were upgraded to the Junior Suite room. The room was fantastic, modern, clean and comfortable. A group of us which included family and friends decided to stay at this hotel and was very pleased with our decision. Henry upgraded us to a room with a double which was awesome. This hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The most important detail about this hotel is location, location, and location. You guys, it is only a block away from timesquare […] which is wonderful!! There are restuarants, bars, and a starbucks on the same block as the hotel. There also an awesome hotdog stand on the block which has the most incredible tasting hotdogs we had every tasted. The hotel does not offer free wifi or complimentary breakfast which sucks! Also the hotel has a car service that will transport customer to the airport but on that particular day the driver was driving insane. Wow.....just got back from NYC and the Cassa was great! We stayed here based on other reviews and were not disappointed at all. Upon our arrival we were upgraded to a king bedroom without even asking. The king bedroom was spacious and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. My husband loved the large flat screen TV and I loved the bath amenities […] which smelled fantastic! The room was modern, which we loved and the bathroom shower was great with the rain shower fixture. The staff at the Cassa was extremely friendly and helpful (kudos to Rodger) and helped us out with everything from show reservations, restaurant recommendations, and printing out our boarding passes before we checked out. The location of the hotel couldn't be better right in the heart of Midtown and within walking distance to all the sites. Brand new property - very contemporary - Staff was very accommodating and the ONLY negative was the continuous loud music both in the lobby and outside of the hotel. My room fronted the property and I had to call the front desk at 1:07 am on Monday morning and asked when they were cutting out the music or cutting down the volume. Apologized; cut the […] music off - and then called me 15 minutes later and asked if that was acceptable...I was trying to sleep at that point. If I wasn't there on business - wouldn't have been an issue. The HVAC system was superb - but didn't allow the fan to run as white noise - which probably would have drowned out the music... What a great hotel in a super-convenient location. Room has all amenities, such as a huge TV, super sound dock, spacious bathroom with huge shower stall, deep sink, fine lighting. Room was quiet and tranquil and bustling neighborhood never quits. Strongly recommend if you want luxury and convenience.

Outstanding Staff and Very attentive. Good location. Typical NY sardine can sized room. Refridge was full of all kinds of junk that I did not want, so I had to constantly order ice and fill the trash cans to keep MY drinks that I purchased, cold. That was a major inconvenience.
