Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel was very nice. Room was small but well appointed and neat + comfortable. Bathroom was excellent. Only negatives were lack of storage space in room (two very small nightstand drawers only) and lack of WiFi in room (though it was available in the hotel lounge). "Maintenance"
Our bathroom fan was not working. We called and they said someone would be right up. We called again an hour later. No-one came. On our way out the following day, we let housekeeping know. "Amazing Staff"
We were in town for only one night – we wish it was more after our experience. We stopped in NY on our way back home. We figured we could squeeze in some touring before heading home. Not only did we have a great experience at the hotel, but the concierge basically made an itinerary of the top things for us to see and do! He had some of the usual tourist […] sites but there were a couple of hidden gems in there too. We couldn’t have been happier. The hotel was very nice, clean and modernly decorated. The rooms where spotless, fresh, and beautiful. VERY comfortable bed with crisp white linens. Luxurious bath and amenities. The staff was simply amazing. They helped with our bags, gave us a free upgrade when checking in, very friendly and genuine, got medicine for my husband from the drug store when he wasn’t feeling well, asked about him in the morning, etc. etc. etc. Our stay was short but the hotel and its amazing staff was the most memorable part of our trip! "Good Location"
Location of the hotel is good, as it was just a short walk from most places we wanted to visit in Manhattan including Times Square. Hotel staff had a very professional attitude and were courteous. Vi var på vores første ferie i NYC og boede på Cassa i fem nætter. Vi kan kun anbefale dette hotel. Personalet meget venlig og imødekommende, God modtagelse selvom vi kom meget for tidligt for check-in. Værelset ikke så stort, men fint til os to. Nydeligt badeværelse med alt udstyr. Mijn dochter (10 jaar) en ik hebben eind april een week in Cassa Hotel and Residences gelogeerd. Dit naar volle tevredenheid! Het hotel ligt op ca. 4 minuten loopafstand van Times Square, de kamer was niet groot, maar prima voor ons verblijf. Er werd keurig schoongemaakt en al het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Men is momenteel bezig […] met enkele verbouwingen aan het hotel (waar wij overigens totaal geen last van hadden!) die het hotel mijns inziens alleen nog maar mooier en completer in dienstverlening zullen maken. Wij hopen volgend jaar week een week in Cassa Hotel and Residences te mogen verblijven en raden iedereen die een goed hotel zoekt in New York dit hotel van harte aan. Das Hotel ist ziemlich neu und an einer perfekten Lage gelegen. Es gint einen einzigen Minus Punkt un das ist die Heizung.
