Let the West Coast have Hollywood; Broadway’s lights are just as bright, and many screen actors come to the Great White Way to gain acting credibility. Area attractions include Carnegie Hall, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, and the Museum of Modern Art. Resplendent St. Patrick’s Cathedral takes up a block at Fifth and 50th. Once seedy, Times Square now hosts ABC, MTV, and NASDAQ.

I have accidently left my jacket in the closet and therefore have contacted this hotel a day after the check out. After calling 4 times, speaking with 3 different front desk pesonnels & 3 different housekeeping personnels, finally someone in the front desk found my jacket and promised to return it to me via FedEx using my account number. It was never […] returned. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Don't be fooled!!"
This is not a four star hotel. At best maybe a 2 star. The shower over-flowed and the bathroom flooded. After several phone calls to the front desk the issue was never resolved. When I returned to my room I found a soaked toil sitting in my sink.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Very disappointed"
I have stayed in many 4 star hotel, and not one charged for Internet access. Usually everything goes accordingly. Another thing is the room was very small and the bed does not fit a 6' feet tall person. The bathroom was nice but the shower head had no water pressure and it is to close to the wall. The tv was not working and they claimed that was a time […] Warner problem... I would not recommend the hotel to any friend. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Cannot Recommend the Hotel, Despite Friendly Employees"
Room wasn't available until 8:30pm on check-in, only one elevator worked (leading to very long wait times), and cleaning service didn't come during the day. It's a new hotel, so they have kinks to work out, but I can't recommend it until I see dozens of glowing reviews indicating that these service issues have been fixed. Front desk staff was quite […] friendly, but couldn't fix the issues. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Cassa Hotel New York"
No room service available when we checked in. No soap dish in the bathroom. TINY room with a full-size bed. Closet was non-existant and not enough room to hang a jacket. Room was dim. Air conditioner roared on every 15 - 20 minutes and kept me up all night. Tiny desk, no place to put luggage, very disappointing.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Would nog recommend"
When first checking in the bathroom was still dirty. The housekeeping did notclean the room properly the entire stay. Concierge are more helpful and friendlier than the front desk staff. When complaining to the manager of the Hotel he was extremely unhelpful. Room is overpriced for what you get. I would not reccommend this Hotel.Genuine Expedia guest review
