Stayed here for a long weekend in January. The positives are it's a fairly nice hotel, seemed clean, had decent service, and room was nice and stylish. Cons were elevators were very slow, and we ended up taking the stairs to our 5th floor room mostly, but if had been on higher floor would have had to wait for elevator. The room was not ready until after four when it was promised and no one called us to let us know our room was available as promised, delaying check in until after 5 on New Year's Eve. We had to wait almost an hour at the reccomended parking garage to park (no valet available). The room had a horrible smell in it. We walked 18 miles the first day. No shoes were comfortable enough to walk so we both bought tennis shoes that were specific to walking. The Staybridge Suites is a new hotel located a short walk away from Times Square. It is an extremely comfortable hotel, the only downfall was that I booked a King Bedroom Suite and upon check in was given a Queen bed. As we checked in late that night I was told we would have to wait until the next day to change rooms to a King bed.
