we were moving our daughter to Wall St so this hotel was perfect. The room was reasonable and it had a free breakfast which was actually good. Location is not good for most tourists as it is far from Time Sq area. Although it is close to 911 site and Staten Island Ferry/Battery Park. Seaport is just a few blocks away but not open yet due to damage from […] storms so alot of construction there. Rooms were extremely tiny, but the breakfast was great and the complimentary in-room wi-fi is better than most hotels offer. Hotel was also right around the corner from the Wall St subway station, which was extremely convenient.

Great hotel with clean, modern bathroom and furniture. Staff were very nice and helpful. Highly recommend for reasonable and clean stay in NY. Downsides: breakfast was terrible and many places in that area are still closed from hurricane sandy.

everything ws fine except for the long waits for the elevator. Only two small (maybe 8 folks with no bags) for a 27 story hotel. Did lots of stairs from 6th floor. UNSAT

My primary purpose in staying in Wall St. area was to be closer to public transportation to Brooklyn for a concert, as well as to ride the Staten Island ferry for the first time. That ride offered great views of the Manhattan skyline and the Statue of Liberty which was ideal for taking a lot of photos. Having read many reviews on this site prior to […] booking, most everything was just what I had already envisioned. The Front Desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. In fact, the desk clerk (Carlos) voluntarily printed out directions & maps for us. The morning breakfast is certainly adequate and offers plenty for one to eat. The attendant staffing that area was very pleasant and friendly just as other reviewers had commented about her. The only negative I have about this hotel is the same as many other reviewers: the rooms are extremely small and minimalist. But, as most reviewers have stated (and I agree), a NYC hotel room in this price range is basically just a place to sleep as there are so many exciting things to do & see in this vast city. This hotel was just perfect for my needs. The entire staff was very courteous and always helpful, especially the housekeeper. The bed was great and the bathroom just right. Yes, the room is smallish but perfect for my wife and me.

The front desk representative was very attentive when we arrived and helpful with getting tickets to a show that evening. However there were no dark shades in the Junior Suite and the noise from construction on street woke us up early. Overall the stay was good.

Highly recommend this hotel. Great room - small superb, great breakfast (with free to-go option), wifi, few steps from Wall street, you can hold your luggage after check-out for free (in our example -till 4pm)! What do you need else?

I use it a lot for business trips, but if you are in a budget, this one is for you. at least, is good for singles and couples, not the best one for more than 2 persons per room. In NY any penny counts and this nice 2 years old hotel provides excelent service and a resanoble price including a very nice breakfast.Sometimes the breakfast room gets very crowded that it is difficult to find a seat but the personnel is very nice and contributes to make the stay very comfortable. Fron desk agents are very nice and helpful too.

Expedia confirmed a room for 3 of us (mom, dad, 14 year old) for a set price. The hotel ended up charging us extra for a beat up old cot for our son claiming that Expedia was the problem. The hotel was "nice" enough to comp one of the night's cot fee ($25) but Expedia confirming a room for 3 with just one bed was very wrong.
