The room was very tight for 4 people. However, I understand this is the case with many hotels in NYC. The TV wasn't working and it took some time to get that resolved. The hotel staff was courteous and let us check in early. However, we were not informed of their parking situation. I had already parked in a garage on the same street, but they never mentioned parking to me, nor did I easily find that information on this/their website. It was a pleasant experience. From our room (14th floor) we can see Macy and Empire state bldg. The room is small but it's NYC so no complaint there. We are right in the heart of Korean Town and we love Korean food and there are many many restaurants outside of the hotel. The subway entrance was so close and it was a short walk to Bryant park and time […] square. Breakfast has a good variety, enough to keep kids happy. It's very family friendly but convenient for biz traveler as well. One thing I found odd was the placement of the ice bucket and coffee maker. They were under the vanity sink right next to the toilet which is very unsanitary. We couldn't sleep one night because the construction next door continues through the night but it was out of the hotel's control. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and will certainly return again.
