Room heat was impossible regulate, You could turn heat on or off, but at first I was freezing and then too hot. Maitenence came, but the problem wasn't really fixed. "Stay away from the alley...."
The hotel is in a great location for those who gravitate around Tribeca, Soho, SoWa, etc. Staff is professional and friendly, but a bit slow in handling issues. Stay away from the rooms that face the north alley - garbage trucks and workers are active around the clock, and it can get noisy. The Hilton Garden Inn in Tribeca is right next to a subway stop, pretty easy to get a cab, but not within walking distance of many destinations. It's noisy inside the rooms, so we placed the decorative pillows against the door where sound and light came throughat the bottom. One phone didn't work, but the other was functioning. Large, very comfortable and clean room with Tribeca view. Good location for visiting south Manhattan. Even though it is located in a quite busy avenue, the noise was not perceptible with closed windows. Läget på hotellet är perfekt med tunnelbana utanför dörren och trevliga omgivningar. Tyvärr ganska dåligt isolerat mot trafikljud. Hissarna är sega men med bara 6 våningar funkar det. Ich war 6 Tage mit meinem 20-jährigen Sohn im Hilton Garden Inn. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Queen Betten und Aussicht auf die Stadt gebucht. Das Zimmer ist ca. 30m2, hat ein Badezimmer mit Bad. Im Hotel hat es ein Restaurant mit Bar. Frühstück ist gut und reichhaltig. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen und eine Polizei Station ist in der Nähe.
