"Terrible place to stay."
Our room the first night was smaller than a closet. The air conditioner was so loud and defective we could not sleep. The bed was standard size not queen size that was stated on my resevations. Hotel had no hot water for more than 12 hours. Kept telling us it would be on in 10 minutes so we waited to get ready when after 90 minutes we were then told it was broken. This hotel was touted as a three or four star hotel on expedia. It's not even close. It's an old SRO rooming house that got a little face lift, but It's not designed to be a luxury hotel. THE WORST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED IN!!!!! NOT A 4 STAR, MORE LIKE A 2 STAR!!! We arrived on 21st August for 4 nights on our honeymoon. The staff on the reception desk were extemely rude and there was a cue of people complaining about there room. We changed room 3 times in 24 hours!!!! All rooms were very small and to a very poor standard. The only room […] that was available was 2 single beds. So we had to sleep in seperate beds on our honeymoon!!!!!!!!! Un bruit insoutenable, malgré ma demande d'un chambre silencieuse, nous n'avons pas pu dormir que quelques heures par nuits et de façon intermittente. Outre les souffleries des climatisations, des bruits de camions, des portes qui claquent, aucune isolations exterieure comme interieure. Impossible de récuperer après une journée fatigante de visite. […] Nous avons fini notre séjour sur les rotules. Je ne retournerais pour rien au monde dans cet hotel, pourtant bien situé et propre. Le personnel de reception est très désagréable, par contre les reste du personnel est gentil et serviable.
