"Small Room, Great Location"
Clean but tiny room. My wife had to sleep with our son cause we would not fit in the same bed. This is Manhattan. You will surely pay the price for the location. "Not the best you can get for your money"
Staff is friendly but slow to respond. Rooms are clean but the floor smelled like it was cleaned with a cheap cleaning product. There are no curtains but blinders that don't close all the way, so we had light coming into the room all night.Genuine Expedia guest review

This hotel pretty much offers a room only. There is no bar, restaurant, or lobby (except a very small space) The free wireless internet is so slow as to be unusable. What I found was a dingy, run down hotel, with a room to match. They did move our bags for us into our King room the next day, however, I don't expect to find a seating chair with a giant stain, a carpet that is well past its service life, and a bathroom with nowhere to put your travel kit/cosmetics. The size of the room is what you get in this price range in NYC, so that was not a problem. However, the poor condition of this hotel, and the old, stained furniture left me feeling dirty. Helpful staff, but if I was Sheraton - I would not put my name to this hotel. Only a slight notch above a youth hostel. Not even a glass in the room to brush your teeth with.
