A group of some girl friends and I booked three rooms (4 of us to a room) at this hotel this past weekend. We couldn't have asked for a better location... of hotel! It was within walking distance to so many things we wanted to do, including Times Square, and plenty of restaurants! The rooms were clean, and there was plenty of room for 4 woman to share with all our suitcases and items. My daughter and I very much enjoyed our stay. We found thwe room clean and comfortable and well insulated against the noise of the city. The bed were very comfortable. Perfect spot! Close to Wicked, a block off of Broadway! Great for families! The free breakfast can be a bit overwhelming, but after 1 morning of crowds, you will figure out what you want & manage your time suscinctly to get your food with ease! Location, location, location! Clean and comfortable room, nice clerk and fast services. 24hr coffee was a huge safe for me. Just wish they can improve on the breakfast services. Over crowded and food quality/choice were bad.

The room was large, clean, it's an older facility so not deluxe, but perfectly comfortable. A little noisy from the hallway and adjacent rooms, but nothing that would stop me from going back. Been twice now, recommend to all.

Very convenient for our weekend trip for shopping and theater. Breakfast is simple but enough choices to start the day. Fruit and coffee served all day long. Desk clerk was very helpful. Only downside was the "cab" that our bellman got for our hotel trip back. Not really a cab but a car service. Charged me $10 more than agreed upon price by hotel. The hotel is in bad need of updating. There is no restaurant or amenities at the hotel - only the same free breakfast over and over. Staff was not very friendly. Have been to New York numerous times, would NOT stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was outstanding, the garage attached and easy to find, drug store and restaurants were very close, and the location was perfect for Broadway. When I woke up at 5:30 I was not aware that I had to let the water run a bit for it to get warm when the temps are freezing outside. I called the front desk and he told me just a few minutes...I had it on about 20 before it got luke warm. This was my only complaint, I will stay here again.

The Hampton Inn was incredibly wonderful. Convenient parking next door, courteous staff, staff was extremely helpful and accessible. Room was immaculate, comfortable, everything in excellent condition. I will plan to stay here again the next time I am in NYC. Great location.

the hampton inn near times square was reasonably priced and the service was adequate. we were a family of four, with two teenagers and we managed to stay in one room without too much fighting. if you are a theater goer the location couldn't be better.

More than we expect. The staff, the atentions in general was very well and speek english and spanish. The breakfast was fantastic and the detail of hot chocolate and apple. Also the specific location of the hotel is an excelent oportunity to access the most importan atraction in the area.
