The hotel room was pretty disgusting. There was a dirty towel on the floor as we walked into the room. There were stains on all over the walls. The carpet was coming up around the walls. The bed gave us both back pain and the sheets were like sandpaper. The room was very small, but that was expected. We called for room service and the concierge several […] times and neither answered. "Awful service"
The front desk staff were absolutely horrific throughout. We were told it was "first come first serve" to get our room before 3..10 minutes later we were told to wait in an endless line at 3 and that no rooms were available. Upon checkout, they charged us parking for 2 days for 24.5 hours of parking. We asked to see management and waited 30 minutes […] before they agreed to just change the bill. Management never showed up. They then informed us they had already charged our credit card and could not provide a receipt. There was gum on the radiator in our dingy room. The bar staff had to be asked repeatedly to take our order and bring pretty awful standard cocktails. The hotel itself was beautiful and immaculate. Period. Our room was tiny, the standup shower was even tinier. Our television did not work properly. We kept having to unplug it and then plug it in again before we could change channels, etc. The maintenance man said he would look for another TV for us but never got back to us.
