We had a wonderful time. The room was lovely and the location was great. The elevators were awful. It took so long to get the elevator that we usually used the stairs. At check out we waited at least 10 minutes for an elevator which would fit us and our 2 small roller bags. The food at the Mural 57 (?) buffet breakfast was good but the service there […] was not good. We had to use cereal bowls as plates as they were out. I had to ask for cream cheese and it took awhile to get a servers attention. It seemed they were understaffed, It was Christmas morning so maybe it was harder to get staff and it was busier then usual. Also, the people at the door were busier in conversation then helping.But we had a good time and will come back, It's our second Christmas at the Warwick and we hope to be back. next year Read more

Our stay was great! personnel are very cordial. Our room was on the 18th floor, very quiet, very clean, the only problem we had was the TV that would not work well. we could not turn it off or change channels. they tried to fix it but only worked for awhile. We go to New York every year and stay in the same hotel over and over. We decided to try the Warwick to change things up and wow it was fabulous. We got a quiet, large, comfortable room. Great service and location. This will be our new hotel that we will stay in over and over. And hotels.com gave us a great price!

Bathroom shower had no lip to keep water from running all over floor. We did not feel like moving out ,since we were all settled in. We rolled up towels to create a lip and absorb the water,so mewhat. We took very short showers. They promised an upgrade on our next reservation.

Clean hotel, near radio city, less expensive than other hotels in neighborhood. Right next to MoMA. 8 blocks from grand central, 3 blocks from Times Square. Quiet neighborhood.. Clean room, no bedbugs... Wife was very impressed, will stay again..

Charming hotel with friendly personnel. The room was lovely. We chose a room at the back of the hotel and it was wonderfully quiet. Great location near the MOMA and Museum of Radio and Television. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Excellent hotel - loved the room and the 54th & 6th Ave location! Room price was reasonable for mid town Manhattan. My only concern was the price of breakfast - $27/person for french toast and eggs seemed high.

THE HOTEL WAS VERY NICE - CLEAN AND CLASSICLY DECORATED. THE LOCATION WAS GREAT, CLOSE TO THEATRES, CENTRAL PARK, SHOPPING AND EATERIES. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL WHEN WE NEEDED DIRECTIONS ETC.. I WOULD STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

The Warwick hotel could not be in a better location. You can walk to Times square, the Theaters, Central park,etc. Our room was clean and staff friendly. My only complaint is a hotel at this price should use fitted sheets that fit the bed instead of tucked flat sheets that come out all the time.

Me and my wife went on a weekend trip to Manhatten and stayed at the Warwick. It was a great experience. The location couldn't be better. It is only a few blocks from central park, times square, Rockefeller center, and the theatre district. I booked this hotel because I read other reviews about how the rooms were spacious, and they were right. The reviews […] I read about other hotels all talked about the small size of the rooms, but the room we stayed in at the Warwick (standard room with king bed) had plenty of space. The service was good and the cost of valet parking was not much more expensive than if I had parked the car in a garage myself for the weekend. The restaurants in the hotel were on the pricey side, but there were plenty of other restaurants in the surrounding area of the hotel. If you can get a good price from hotels.com, I highly suggest staying at the Warwick. I know if I go back for a weekend trip again, that's the first place I will try and book. Read more

Rooms are much larger than any other nyc hotel in this price-range. Service staff was *fabulous*, clean, comfortable rooms with luxurious sheets, quality mattresses. Even the overpriced room service was worth *every penny*-- I'm a New Yorker and found this pizza one of the best I've ever eaten not to mention fast, delightful service. The location is […] perfect. My one problem was the size of my bathroom. I cannot imagine how a hotel that charges luxury rates and offers such beautiful, big rooms would think that a bathroom of that size wouldn't ruin a guest's visit. It was a modestly small shower, toilet so close to the door that I had to prop the door open with my luggage for it not to hit my knees, and the sink was painfully close to the wall causing me to have to crouch between it and the toilet at an angle to brush my teeth---ridiculous! I ended up checking out early in the morning and checking into another hotel so that I could take a bath and spend time on my makeup, etc. When I approaced management after my stay he did nothing to compensate me in any way for this major inconvenience even though I told him I planned on returning the very next weekend. Big mistake as I book travel for many clients visiting New York. Other than the bathroom size and management's unhelpful attitude, I recommend this hotel providing you make it abundantly clear that you want a room with a tub--even though I did and didn't get one. If they cannot guarantee that, I suggest spending only a little bit more for much more luxury in the area. Read more

As usual, hotel was very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful, Bar staff at Randolph's in the hotel was very efficient and personable. Bar food menu a plus. We enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast. It is not open for dinner, but there are many restaurants within a three block radius. We are planning to go back.

The Warwick was perfectly located just a few blocks from Times Square and the Broadway theatres and right across the street from MoMA. The room was reasonably sized but was situated on an air shaft - view out both windows was brick walls - had to stretch to see sunlight. On Sunday's, it is difficult to get to the lobby - the hotel is quite old and has only 3 very small elevators - we waited for over 10 minutes to get down to the lobby as all the elevators were full - 3 went by before there was one we could get on. The hotel is in a top location for discovering New York, rooms are very comfortable and the hotel has that unique boutique feel. Make sure you ask for a room facing onto the street or you will end up facing a brick wall. On the down side, being an older hotel, there are only 3 dated lifts to service over 30 floors so you can find yourself waiting for […] quite some time at busy periods - but I guess that comes with the territory. Kjempeflott og stort rom med eget garderoberom og greit bad. Noe dårlig vanntrykk i dusjen. Mulighet for eget kjøleskap mot en liten tilleggskostnad. Veldig godt fornøyd! Rent og pent med unntak av en sokk som lå under sengen.

Bedre hotell finner man ikke i New York! Store, flotte rom hvor alt var rent og ryddig. Ikke dyrt om man sammenligner hotell av samme standard. Hotellet ligger rett i hjerte av Manhattan og man kan gå til alle severdigheter og butikker. Ligger et lite 5-minutt unna Central Park, et sted som er fint å besøke når man blir lei bymaset. Vi bodde sju nätter på Warwick hotel och jag är jätte nöjd! Läget är jättebra, nära central park, shopping gatorn och Times square. Rummen var stora för NY och allt var rent och fräscht. Fantatisk placeret midt i Midtown, Manhatten med ALT inden for gå-afstand. Hotellet er som sådan fint nok og betjeningen er venlig og effektiv. Men det er lidt i den dyre ende i forhold til kvalitetsoplevelsen. På vores værelse stank der af sved. Næsten som et omklædningsrum. En hørm man virkeligt blev ramt af, straks man trådte ind i værelset. Lidt […] surt. Ved ind-checkning fremhævede personalet, at vi var blevet opgraderet fra Deluxe til Superior. Jeg ville nødigt se et standard værelse. Aircon larmer som om man har et jetfly parkeret ved sengen.
