Publishing magnate William Randolph Hearst commissioned the Warwick in 1926 for his sweetheart, Marion Davies, and their multitude of film and theatre friends. Today, the hotel’s vintage Hollywood style is still reflected throughout. Classic cocktails are shaken and stirred in Randolph’s timeless living room-style lounge with cozy sofas and armchairs. Original murals from 1937 are combined with contemporary touches in Murals on 54, which serves Chef Robert Hohmann’s traditional American breakfast and brunch, designer sandwiches, and hot lunch entrées. On the 3rd floor, the state-of-the-art fitness centre offers treadmills, stationary bikes, and free weights. Valet parking is available for a surcharge.

Murals on 54 - Designed by Pierre Court, highly acclaimed for his work on sites such as the Plaza Athénée Hotel in Paris, this restaurant is enriched with ornate 1930s-era murals by American illustrator Dean Cornwell. Your palate will also be pleased by American breakfast, weekend brunch, and lunch dishes prepared by Chef Robert Hohmann.
Randolph’s Bar & Lounge - This sophisticated lounge, serving lunch and dinner, is also a great spot to grab a late-night, post-theater snack. Set a spell at the bar for classic cocktails and wine, or sink into a sofa near the large windows that look onto the energy-infused city streets.

Unreasonable check-in service. When we arrived hotel earlier than the regular check-in time, front desk just put us aside and suggest us to leave the luggage and check-in two hours later.I have made reservation for two rooms, however, when we checked-in we got two room in separate floor which is unreasonable again. The front desk manager is not respect […] to us and did not save any problem for us. After stay for one day, the international channel did not work and we asked for someone to fix for four times, unfortunately, nobody fix the problem. We felt upset and disappointment for this hotel. "Not a full view mirror"
In general the room was fine but it needed it a full view mirror in the room. I was with my husband and my daughter and had to wait for the bathroom to be free. My daughter sat on the floor to use the little mirror in the tv cabinet. We got late for dinner. The service at the restaurant for breakfast was terrible.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Very Disappointed"
We had been looking forward so much to this trip because Randolph's is one of my wifes favorite places in NYC. Check in was horrendous - first room was not cleaned and then they gave the wrong keys to the second room. Service was poor in Randolph's - had to constantly go to the bar and ask for service.
