"Gross room.What's with the pool?"
This hotel is trashy. Washroom was just disgusting. The wallpaper was hanging off. The ceiling fan didn't work so there was mold all on the ceiling, just not what I would expect from holiday inn. "The hotel needs major improvements"
Eventhough the location of the hotel is excellent and the staff is extremely courteous and attentive, the inside of the hotel is not. They are currently renovating the rooms, but such renovation is only cosmetic when the hotel needs more improvements. The baths have not been remodeled in years. The grout is old and the the bathroom door has been painted […] several times and you could see the coats of paint over chipped paint. The air conditioner did not worked. The engineering department checked it out and still I ended up sweating all night long for the three days I stayed. They are currently remodeling rroms. I was told that it was done by floor and that it would be seamless. First of all, the truck showed up early in the morning in the front of the hotel and when I went down for breakfast they were trying to take all the furniture up through the same elevators as the guests. More than the logistical nighmare, at the end of the day, they did several rooms in the floor I was in and they did not even vacum the carpet and there were foam chips everywhere. "Construction in rooms next door starting at 8 am!"
This was a leisure stay overnight for a friends event, although the room was modernized the AC unit was probably around 20 years old. The controller did not work so it was either brutally cold or hot with turned of AC. The shower was pouring half the water from the bottom faucet and half from top shower head, so the pressure was terrible to say the […] least. But the best part was waking up at 8am to the sounds of hammers and drills from both adjacent rooms! we went out the night before and wanted a nice relaxing morning but we did not get that at all. We also had to walk down the hall sideways due to the boxes and construction supplies in the hallway.This was a terrible experience and will not be staying in this hotel again. "Very uncomfortable bedding"

Først efter en MEGET lang (og ubehagelig) diskussion, hvor vi var meget vedholdende, viste det sig pludseligt at de havde op til flere ledige ikkerygerværelser og at de stod klar til at checke ind i. Vi flyttede vores ting med det samme og fik et godt værelse de sidste 4 nætter. Vi havde ikke forventet en så ekstremt dårlig behandling på et Holliday Inn hotel! Vi havde booket værelset med morgenmad - det viste sig at 'morgenmaden' bestod i en kupon til en værdi af 20 dollars , hvilket ikke var nok til, at vi hver (to voksne) kunne få morgenmad (selv ikke den billigste fra menukortet), et glas juice og en kop te eller kaffe. Det blev hver morgen omkring 10-15 dollars mere end kuponen. Virkelig dårlig service. Betjeningen i restauranten var dog god og venlig. Betjening i baren var derimod elendig og direkte uforskammet.
