Essex Street Inn Newburyport

Clean and comfortable, but a little old and musty. It was in the center of the downtown historic area and provided a decent breakfast. The Inn is several buildings and mine was adjacent to the building with the front desk. I was very suprised it was an INN and there is nothing that could have made it better. Had dinner at the 10 Center Street Resturant, never been to a better place ever at any cost. The best part it was a 2 block walk down these little village sreets where you couldn't feel any safer. I will be going back.

Apart from a slightly saggy bed, it was a great place to stay. Hilariously, one of the bed mints had clearly already been eaten. This made the room feel a little less nice. Otherwise, you can't beat the location. The staff was very friendly.
