"Not a good place."
First time I ever had to put down a cash deposit on a prepaid room. Room was very dirty, food particles on furniture, cracked bathtub, loose wires hanging from AC unit, and breakfast was a continental joke. "DON'T STAY HERE"
Our sheets had 'blood spots' on them for starters and of course they changed the sheets but wouldn't change rooms. The manager was ABSOLUTELY rude and unwilling to help when I complained about the room that night as well as the next day. I requested a room change which they had available, but she specifically said that she has no desire to make things […] right. UNBELIEVABLE!! "Don't stay here!!!!"
We stayed at the super 8 in Tulsa. In our room it smelled old and muskie. Even thou we've had to take smoking rooms before. This one just reeked of it. The lightning in the room was very poor. I understand saving the environment and energy. But this was due to old lights and old lamp shades. Then in the morning when we we're woken up by the manger out […] side of someones door YELLING and cursing very loudly. We saw dried BLOOD on the ceiling in different places. Not happy at all! The room had two access points with the one to the outside having a towel across the floor to keep out whatever. The hallway access always had a fowl smell of stale cigarettes. The breakfast does NOT have scrambled eggs as I was told on the phone. The breakfast offered very little as if it was already picked over or leftover from the […] previous day. When we arrived I found that the Hot tub was not working bad enough but when I expressed my disappointment the clerk was polite and said he was sorry I told him that one of the main reasons to chose the hotel was for the hot tub. I noted that they offered rooms with hot tubs so I asked if he would be willing to up grade me to a one of those at that […] point a women came rushing out of the back office I can only assume the manager or owner but she took over the conversation was exceeding rude and basically said the hot tub is broken if I did not like it I did not have to stay and could go try and find a room someplace else.
