Tulsa Extended Stay Inn and Suites

It was horrible, we got woke up at three a.m. for room checks and weren't able to fall back to sleep. We went down to eat the contenetal breakfast and there wasn't anything left. I will never stay there again

Price was right but rough crowds around, police on site twice within 24 hours. No dishes, utensils in kitchenette and would not give us more than one washcloth or two towels for our family of three.

The walls were falling apart and the bed could use maintenance work. The slightest move knocked it against the wall. There were scratches on the walls from pets and service was practically non-existent.

The room looked as if it had been broken in to. The molding around the door was busted and the door had almost no security. We had to prop a chair under the door while we slept. We are a young couple, with a good sense of humor, but we checked out early and went to the marriot extended stay. Much cleaner/nicer/safer.

The Location was ok. The pictures on the website made the rooms to look bigger than they actually are. Room was very small. There was very little toilet paper on the roll so we had to go to the front desk and get it. The "continental" breakfast wasn't so continental: a waffle with syrup, no butter or any other toppings, and coffee. Not much of a breakfast […] if you ask me. This hotel was in total disrepair. The rooms were not clean, there was a dirt smudge in the bottom of my shower, they didn't own enough towels or pillows to stock each room because apparently their clients steal them and they do not replace what is taken. There was paint pealing off of every surface on the outside of the hotel and they had taken such […] lousy care of their appliances that you could only use one of the burners on a four burner stove at a time. DO NOT be pursuaded by thinking you are getting a good deal, this hotel is terrible!!! low priced for a reason. elevator broken. some steps on 3 floor walk up broken. heater/ac broken, stuck in ON position so it go super hot. Free continental breakfast is to be avoided unless you've just had all your shots updated. $ was our only consideration and we got what we paid for. definetely 1 star or less.

I had a room with no phone, I went down to the desk to ask for the phone and she informed me that there was no phone in that room. So instead of giving me a phone I had to move to another room. Then that phone didnt have a cord, so I went back down twice more to get a phone cord. and even then I had to tape it up and be real still so that I could use […] it, It was not very clean, looked up to date from the outside but the inside was not very updated. The kitchenette had no dishes or glasses, I mean when you go to a hotel with a kitchenette its so you can cook, right? are you supposed to pack your own dishes pots and pans? I think not... Unfortunately, we were in the middle of a snow storm so I had to stay addtional days, they were nice enough to comp everyone a night. they also allowed me to pay half price on the 4th day as well. I was there on business. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be when I checked in, but I did carry my pistol back and forth from the car to the room. I was in a tight for cash or I probably would have pulled out. As it turned out, the bed and room was clean, and the heater worked, and it was quiet. Someone had taken the shower head, so water just […] came out of the pipe in the wall, but the water was hot. The first night, there was coffee but no coffee maker. While checking in, was asked three times whether I wanted a smoking or non smoking room even though the reservation said smoking. I got to the room, the key cards wouldn;t work and there was a non smoking sticker on the door. Went back to the office and complained. He fixed the key cards, but didn't change the room. No airport transportation; $25 cab ride. Took 3 tries to get into room: Key didn't work, re-keyed twice then there was no lock on the door so Changed rooms. The sheets had hairs on them and the pillow cases were missing. room was so hot it took 2 hours for air conditioner to cool the bedroom down enough to sleep.
