Hotel has convenient location. Staff very helpful.Walls could use extra soundproofing - next door TV very loud late at night. Night staff did not respond to airport driver dropping off lost baggage even tho we alerted staff earlier. This hotel was a great hotel. It was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was nice. The bathrooms were immaculate and the towels and bedding were fresh. The beds were very comfortable. The only complaint I can think of was that it was on a very busy highway and somewhat hard to find the entrance. "B.W. Victor Inn & Suites - Clean & Affordable"
It was a little difficult to initially find the entrance to the hotel, the map said it was directly on Rt. 96, and it is actually right off of a small road off Rt. 96. We ended up in several nearby bussiness' parking lots, thinking they connected to the hotel parking lot, until we found the road. Check-in went very smoothly. The room was clean, and […] already cooled when we arrived. The front desk staff was very knowledgeable and helpful as to what was nearby, where to eat, and anything we needed to know about our stay at the hotel. The pool was kept at a very comfortable temperature, and the hot tub was kept very clean (rare for hotel hot tubs.) The gym had the basics. The bed and pillows in the room were very comfortable. The shower's in the rooms were amazing and very adjustable for varying heights. The free continental breakfast was one of the best I have ever seen. Eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, bagels, white and wheat toast, cereal, make your own waffles, assorted juices, coffee and tea. Yes as others have mentioned there was only powdered coffee creamer, but there were large pitchers of both skim and 2% milk if you really wanted to you could mix your own. I can't say enough about the hotel desk staff and their helpfulness and joking attitudes made some could be stressful moments into a breeze. The rooms also exceeded my expectations for cleanliness, and the price was unbeatable. Would definitely recommend to my friends, and would stay there again for business or even just to get away.
