The hotels.com representative told us over the phone that this hotel and our room had ocean views. When we arrived to see that this wasn't the case at... all, we were quite disappointed. However, what we found was a lovely experience that we probably wouldn't have had otherwise. The owner of the hotel was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and kind. She made us tea when we got back at night and made sure we were having a nice stay. The bed and sheets were very comfortable. The room was clean. A fireplace in our room/ as well as jacuzzi. Short drive to ocean/State Park/ downtown area. We were only there for a short stay but it was very pleasant. There's a little restaurant with health food/ph balanced foods that we will definitely try if we ever return to Fort Bragg. Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Aug 3, 2012
