Room and location are great - as well as price. Only issue was rate said included breakfast yet were charged $5 per person by hotel for the continental breakfast which had a VERY limited selection of food and issues with both waffle maker and toaster. We have stayed here before and the main hotel is lovely. We had only two things that could have been better. First the Bed in room 204 sagged in the middl, and needed some center supports and they stopped having hard boiled eggs for breakfast. But all in all we had a great time. We would definately return to the Stowe Inn. The girl said that they would […] fix the bed and hopefully the hard boilded eggs would return to the free breakfast menu. The room was ok. The window only had one shade on it. had 2 windows. Could not lock one of the windows. Room itself was clean & neat. In town could walk to were you wanted to do. Needs to be updated. Windows the first thing to be done & shades for all the window also.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"A good nights sleep"
The Stowe Inn is centrally located and off just off the main road. I not used to paying the price I paid for a simple hotel room but this is also my first stay in Stowe Vermont. The rooms we stayed in were in a separate building from the main hotel. They were clean but definitely aged. We stayed two nights and they picked up the room and made the beds […] the next day but failed to replace any of the towels. They did though quickly fix the issue when contacted. Ice machine ran out of ice the night before we left. It had a complimentary breakfast but it didn't start until 8:00AM and we were out of the room bicycling by then so can't comment about that. "Within easy walking distance of town"
The Inn rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The 3rd floor family suite was clean and comfortable with the exception that the window a/c in the main room did not cool the room. The staff were pleasant and accommodating.
