"Worst Travel Experience in Memory"
This was the worst travel experience I have had in years. The first room was extremely dirty with heavily stained furniture. The second room smelled like bacon. I had to change rooms twice to get an acceptable room. Ate at their restaurant Mozen and got food poisoning. "Very happy with hotel"
We stayed for a week at the Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas. This was a great place to stay to escape from the Vegas noise and bright lights when necessary. The hotel staff are very polite, rooms and overall hotel very nice, pool area very comfortable - generally a great experience. I also like the little bits of fine detail e.g. room maids laid out clothes/ […] toiletries nicely, rooms come with lots of gadgets and aromatherapy associates toiletries etc. It was very nice to come here after a long flight and hugely disappointing experience with Delta airlines.
