This area has more lodging variety than The Strip. East of the Strip features both gaming and non-gaming properties that range from budget to luxury accommodations. Key attractions here include the Las Vegas Convention Center, the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, the McCarran International Airport, several office parks, and the Restaurant Row along Flamingo and Paradise roads.

Very friendly staff. Location was convenient. Long walk to the room. Overall, I would stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Fairly close to Strip"
While this hotel is fairly close to the strip and sleeps a group of people comfortably (bed plus sofa couch), the walls are paper thin, resulting in us being able to hear every word people in the next room or the hallway were saying. For the money and location it was ok, but don't expect to get a comfortable nights' sleep.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Uncomfortable mattresses"
The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The manager offered me another room and I asked to feel the bed before I moved after they showed me two rooms and found both beds just as uncomfortable I stayed in my room. They offered a foam top for the bed but it was the size of a queen and was too small for our king bed.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Price is right"
Everything was good except for one thing. The bed was so uncomfortable i could not sleep and woke up with back pain everyday . so bad the last night i slept on he couch.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Clean, OK place to stay, no WOWs"
The rooms were clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. The linens were rather old and dingy looking though, taking away from the overall perception of the room cleanliness.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Time share pitch"
You get pressed to see a time-share sales pitch to get a parking pass. Dumb. I'm 68, not 18. If you need a permit to park you should get it at the front desk when you register. You are at least offered a discount or rebate if you take the offer. Not worth to me, but will be to others.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Blueclub 36 club resort las Vegas nv"
A/c did not work on first day. Front desk staff was short staffed on all visits to them. Spare Blankets in closet were Dirty! Room/hotel did not smell fresh!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Bluegreen Club is OK"
We stayed at the Bluegreen Club this past weekend. The hotel is a couple miles from the strip and across from the airport. The hotel staff was very friendly and willing to help when we checked in. We found out there is a shuttle to take you to the strip with 4 drop-off/pick-up locations. We were dropped off at the MGM and then after we spent the day […] we decided to take the shuttle back and be picked up from the Imperial Palace. We waited for 1 1/2 hours and the shuttle didn't come. I even asked the security officer if we were in the right place and he said yes at the shuttle pick up area. It turns out the correct area is almost to the back of the hotel, you have to walk through the parking garage to the back. I called Bluegreen and asked them what was going on and they replied that don't guarantee that they will pick you up, just that they will drop you off and maybe pick up. This angered me quite a bit, and the staff was unwilling to help find out where the shuttle driver was or if he was even coming to the Imperial Palace to pick us up. The last shuttle pick up is at 8pm so at about 8:30 we decided to walk back to the hotel. It was very hot out so half way through we called a cab to take us to the hotel. There were 4 guys that had been waiting where we were and it turned out they also had decided to take a cab back after an hour of waiting. I think the Bluegreen should really focus on fixing their problems with their shuttle service. We were also suppose to have a washer and dryer in our room. When we got there it was just an empty closet with hookups, they should change it to say some rooms have washer and dryers or that they don't have them. We went to the pool in the evening, unlike a lot of Vegas pools this one actually goes to 5 ft deep. It is very small though and was crowded with 10 people in it. The spa only sits 6 and at one point 8 people were trying to cram into it. They should really upgrade their amenities. The room was clean and comfortable with a Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"BlueGreen Club 36 Resort in Las Vegas, NV"
We arrived to this hotel around 11ish at night. My first impression of the hotel was "nice." There was only one person working behind the counter. I was the second guest in line so the wait was short. However, the process of checking in took a while because everything was manually done (seems like). The clerk was kind enough to accommodate us in finding […] a room as close to the elevators as possible and allowed us to checkout an hr later (11am instead of 10am). CONS: we had a joint room with another guest, and in the morning we heard her entire conversation .. PROS: two tv's (1 in bedroom and living room), kitchen/dining area. "LV Hotel off the strip"
The hotel is nice and clean. It has a modern touch to it but the bedroom walls seemed very thin and could hear every single conversation going on in the other room. It felt like the conversation was happening in our own room - this was a total dissatisfaction to us. One other thing was the lobby doors were not automatic which made it harder to hall […] our laugages in and out of the lobby. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Bluegreen Hotel"
The space was perfect and having the surrounding eateries so close made it easy for us to find something to eat, without traveling too far. Unfortunately, the bedrooms had a musty odor and they did not smell fresh and clean although they looked clean.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"LAS VEGAS CLOSE TO AIRPORT"
It was close to strip but it was a timesharing place, Is put as regular hotel but is not it has kitchen and washer & dryer machines. Also a sofa bed and the room with another bed it fit 4 adults on one room and the price is very comfort. the only thing not so good about it is you have to drive to strip every time and come back again so it gets realy […] exahusting. "Not great unless you have a car"
The hotel is comfortable without being fancy or luxurious. It's clean and tidy but not special. The foyer and reception area is very busy and noisy at times and the staff seem extremely busy. The biggest problem with the hotel is the location. If you do not have a car the location will leave you quite isolated. The walk to the MGM Grand where the nearest […] monorail station is located is up to half an hour in the Las Vegas heat. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Genuine Expedia guest review
