These are rooms that are own by another party. The room was comfortable, bed great and a jaqucci tub. When we checked out the pool , my purse was probed by security. We never went back. The restaurant at this tower had limited hours along with the pool. I booked and paid for two rooms/ 6 days about 1 month in advance, really was tryin to find a four star hotel with a good price. I thought I did until I go to check. They ask for your credit card so they can charge $850. $350 just incase u wanna take something out of the fully stocked fridge, which I can understand. The room was dark, not a lot of light for my wife to put her makeup on or to see anything. The first night that we arrive my mom's refrigerator was not cleaned out from the last people. I called down to the front desk and asked if someone could come and take specific things out the fridge and they said no problem. We came back about 4 hours later and they had threw everything away, including my mom's medicine which had to be kept cold. I booked with Palm Place which spoke of 42 inch flat screen tvs and modern decor including floor to ceiling open view windows with a balcony, a whirlpool tub, and luxurious accomidations. So on arrival I was quickly turned away at Palms Place and sent next door to the much older, less hip Palms. The room was decent but definitely not what I expected […] or planned for. No in-room coffee maker or flat screen tvs. I also experienced several rude awakenings due to construction in the hotel which included hammering and drilling noises beginning as early as 7 am and water shut offs as well as soaked carpets. Up front everything seemed beautiful and upscale, but it was all a facade. Our room: light bulbs were burnt out throughout and hallways were completely out, appliances unplugged, tv did not work, bath tub jets kept turning on on their own???, mini bar not stocked, had to call room service for ice because icemaker not on, outlets in bathroom did not […] work, fireplace did not work, balconies locked, pillows and couch had stains, loud creaking from floors and windows; The pool: beautiful and serene but pool bar closes at 4:30 and actual pool closed at 5:30!!! Sun was out for hours after that! Both pool attendants told us that they didnt like working there and just wanted to leave early. On the second day, we came back from the pool to find out room keys did not work to our room!! Front desk person, who had checked us in a day earlier, acted like she had no idea who we were and needed to see all our ids and credit cards again to check us back in and get us new keys! Also, like I stated above, multiple times throughout our stay, the jets in our champagne bathtub (which is in the bedroom) would randomly turn on...while we slept...while we had guests...while we were watching tv... The room was beautiful,and very clean- but nothing worked. Not the the tv, cable, phone, alarm clock, jets in the bath tub. I had to call engineering so many times I just gave up. It is also a half- mile trek through the "sky tube" to get to ANYTHING in the main part of the hotel. Definitely will not be staying there again.

I have stayed at the actual Palms Hotel and have had a better experience. For the price you pay you get really poor customer service...The first day I came back my shampoo and and soap hadnt been replaced I had to wash my hair with shower gel. I was running late so I had no time to call and wait 30 minutes + for housekeeping to send someone with more...called […] to discuss with management and all they would give me is front desk personnel. I paid for wireless and went to log in on my IPAD and they cahrged me double...apparantly its per device even tho it doesnt say that anywhere on the interent card....If you like to pay high end prices and get low end customer service then stay here...everyone was too uppity to help you. i was expecting a lot more since it is new but didnt like it at all. lamps didnt work and other light bulbs from ceiling. Called housekeeping and they fixed it pretty fast though. Also, there was a big table and the side was all chipped. Overall, didnt like the hotel at all.

We were horrified to wake up and see blood on the sheets and a pillow that we didn't even use (thankfully) We complained to the front desk and they told us they would change the sheet immediately. We left the room to do some sight seeing and came back almost 4 hours later for a nap. Low and behold the room had not been made up and bloody sheets were […] still on the bed. We then complained again to the hotel staff, they told us they will change it now and it will take 5 minutes. We walked around for 45 mins only to come back to the same scene as before. We then demanded a room change and requested a bell hop to come to the room to move our luggage to the new room and told him to give us 5 minutes to pack. They never showed up but the maid did to change the sheets. For a new hotel you expect excellent service or at least service that cares about the guests. The Palms Place lists a 3pm check in time. When we arrived a little past three we were told that our room was not ready and that they will call us when the room was ready. We were checking in after 3 nights of camping in Zion National Park and were looking forward to showers and a nap. With no apologies, they sent us off to kill time unshowered and […] a mess. The clock struck five and we had still not heard from the hotel so we drove back and queued up with about 20 other parties whose rooms weren't ready either. When we got to the front desk, I argued until they "found" a room for us, on a much lower level than promised. When I complained again how ridiculous it was that we had paid for a room that was to be ready at 3pm and it was past 5 and were still not able to get in, we were told that we were "lucky to have gotten one of the available rooms". When you pay for something to be available at a particular time, that's when it should be available. Hotel is beautiful. The rooms are very nice and the beds are very comfortable after a few days hiking and camping. The location is mediocre and takes a $15 cab ride to get onto the main strip. But the service was terrible. Lose the attitude, front desk receptionists and at least apologize and compensate when you fail to deliver something I was promised. I take some of it back. The 24 hour complementary valet was very nice and the valet guys treated us very well. But front desk / management is an entirely different story. Would definitely stay elsewhere next time I return. good place if you want to stay off the strip. But will all the other new places popping up and offering really low prices, I will take my business elsewhere. The room smelled like soy sauce and the TV in front of bed didn't work. The fridge was dirty from the previous guest and in general wasn't cleaned really well.

The balcony, which are a large part of the square footage of the room, was locked and the staff refused to open it. The room was dusty and dirty. Palm's Place was my favorite place to stay in Las Vegas because it's quiet, not attached to the casino, rooms are big and comfortable and most of all because they have balconies that provide a great view of Las Vegas and allow some fresh air in the room. チェックインに恐ろしく時間が掛かったにも関わらず、フロントスタッフは一切悪びれる様子もなし。のっけから「なんだかなあ」な印象。 そんな悪い予感通り部屋に入ると全体のメンテナンス状態の悪さにさらにがっかり。 完成からまださほど年月の経っていないホテルのはずなのに、とにかくすべてがボロい。 ベッドのサイドランプカバーの内側は埃まみれだし、壁紙も所々剥がれてる。とにかく、ボロい。もう確信犯的に（ホテル側に直す意思がないという意味で）ボロい。 極めつけはシャワーの温度調整。いつまで経ってもお湯が出ず、朝の出発前のシャワーで時間がなくなりほぼ水のまま浴びる羽目に。。。なんだかなあ。。。 価格の安さに釣られて宿泊したが、正直は次回は絶対泊まりたくない。
