The room was great! Very roomy and the bed was extremely comfortable. My boyfriend and I had the city view and we liked it because it gave us something else to look at since we were on the strip for the majority of the day. Although we enjoyed our stay, we expected more amenities. We realized it was a studio, we felt it should have had more. We did not get slippers to wear, no writing pad, no newspaper. I have more than 10 visits to Vegas and Trump is top 2 hotel in my list. This is my first visit and the experience is great. The room is spacious and very clean. I stayed there 2 nights with my husband for our 10 yrs anniversary. We lived in the one bedroom room suite with full kitchen. It didn't have paper towel, kitchen towel and a pot without lid. Cooktop was nice. Fridge was clean.The microwave/exhaust didn't extract any air at all. "Our pleasant refuge on the strip"
We stayed at Trump for 4 nights and loved it! We loved not having a built in casino and that you could get to your room within a couple minutes of walking into the lobby. We even got a free upgrade from the basic suite to a corner room facing the strip for no cost when the check-in lady, Sonia, saw that we were getting married. (yay!) Our room was very […] spacious, having a full kitchen with two seat bar, a dining table with 4 chairs, an L shaped sectional couch with coffee table/ottoman. The king pillow-top bed was comfortable with very soft feeling sheets and comforter. We had 2 closets and 2 bathrooms as well. The master bathroom was awesome with a large glass-enclosed shower and a jacuzzi and double sinks with a large mirror with built in TV. Everything was clean and in great shape. We only had two minor issues. One which was fixed which was after the second night a sink in the spare bathroom had it's drain plunger come unhinged and would not open. It was fixed by housekeeping the next day. The other issue was that the tile grout in the shower seems to be a little shallow so that when moving around it seemed like you felt a little too much of the edges of the tile. The shuttle was very helpful and we used it a lot and the waiting time was usually pretty low. About every 8-9 minutes for the Wynn and 13-15 minutes for the one to Caesars. When we returned in 10 minutes, they took nearly 20 minutes to get the car after it had been taken to the farthest lot and the valet assigned didn't answer the radio for nearly 10 minutes. The valet was always very time-consuming even when not appearing busy. The pool was also an issue with no shade or room to relax, quite sub-standard for a Trump property.
