We've been here many times. Love having a separate bedroom and a kitchen. It has a bathroom with a shower, but the jacuzzi tub is actually in the bedroom... area. The upper floors are better for the views, obviously. The store on the lower level is great for sandwiches, cakes, pizzas. For breakfast foods we stop at the grocery store on the way from the airport. It also has a lovely pool area. I've been to the Spa 3 times because it is convenient, but it's so-so. Only negative is that there frequently is a line to see someone at the front desk. They work hard to manage this with a person who answers questions & steers you in the right direction when it gets busy. Dish soap, laundry soap, etc were also provided. Albertsons market just down the road, easy to stock the fridge. Only complaint was the sugar was missing out of the coffee packets […] - my guess is because the prior guest took them and put the packets back in the basket. Wifi was good enough to stream Netflix. Been in vegas more than hundred times and sleep in more than 50 hotels .this is in the 5 worst than I went :( $8 charge on parking n you the best you have to park above level 4 but you actually end up around level 8 to 10 .RIDICULE!!!!! They also have a "resort fee " ITS JUST A BASIC HOTEL I DONT KNOW WHAT THEY MEAN BY "RESORT"

Everything about the hotel was great ! It was well maintained and accomodations were spacious. Service was exceptional. Great fitness center. The only negative is that it's slightly removed from the rest of the Las Vegas Strip. Some may consider this a positive. Access to restuarants is not convenient.

I had a one bedroom suite-it was very comfortable, clean and had everything I needed and exceeded my expectations. I was there for work so didn't use the pool or other facilities. Unlike many of the other hotels in Vegas, this one doesn't have a casino so no walking a million miles to your room thru the casino floors. The hotel itself was very nice, but thought the couches in the living room were very uncomfortable. Had a hard time watching TV or working on my computer from them. Gorgeous bathroom, nice tub but thought it was strange that they skimped on the shower head after putting all that work on the shower space. Barely had any pressure.

Nice size rooms. Hotel is too far out of the way at far far end of Las Vegas Blvd. There is no place to eat in the hotel, have to walk our of hotel to find restaraunt or other hotel restaraunts. Nice if you plan to do your own cooking.

I was really impressed with this property. I have always avoided this tyope place becuase of the time share aspect to it but it was close to the convention center and the price was right. Hotel was clean and quiet. Bed was real comfortable. Hotel was down from strip away from activity which is why it was nice and quiet... Would recommend hotel for anyone who once to get away from the huzzle of the strip. The only area of dislike was waiting for the concierge all the time (up to 30 minutes one time). Overall, very good experience.

My son and I stayed here for three nights for a short business trip mixed with some sightseeing. We were impressed with how quiet the hotel was and how clean the entire facility was. Very nice pool/spa area and close to monorail for cheap ride to any place you want to be on the strip. Nice small marketplace in basement for basics or good food.

Upon arriving to the room we found that the trash hadn't been emptied (we emptied it ourselves LATE the next day because it began to smell), the refrigerator hadn't been cleaned out, and the sink was clogged. Because of this experience at the Hilton Grand Vacation Suites on the strip I'm certain I won't book a room with them again.
