This is one of the only hotels in Vegas where you can get two queen beds plus a pull-out sofa. I slept on the pull-out -- not as good as a regular bed, but I slept fine both nights. Otherwise, this place has a nice gym and a nice pool and lots of decent restaurants. They also let us check-in 3 hours early for free, which was very nice.

All rooms are really really awesome but this hotel hits you up for a $25 per person per day "resort" fee; meals at hotel restaurants are expensive; small drinks by the pool are $15 each and are those cheap drinks served out of a dispenser machine. I felt that for the usual price of the room the expectations were higher. The beds seemed old and they were awfully uncomfortable. My husband and I ended with back aches!! Loved that they offered a baby crib! The hotel decor is beautiful.

The stay was great. Our only issue was that we called the luggage service twice to help us carry all the baggage to the lobby and nobody showed up. After waiting for 15 mins we had to make the trek ourselves, 2 babies in tow!

Loved it, my wife and i just think the suites here are the best, so enjoyable. Next time we will not pay the extra to stay at Palazzo, no real improvement over the Venetian, the rooms are identical.

All conditions superb, superb, superb! As non-smokers, however, it seemed impossible to escape the cigarette odor. It follows you in the elevators and the corridors. Only our suite seemed free of it. I'm sure they have the best filtering system as it seemed no expense has been spared for guest comfort, but someone has to design a better one!

I have stayed at this resort about a dozen times over the last 3 years. Each stay has been superb until this last visit. Every mistake made by the staff this time around was completely avoidable on their part. Housekeeping (whom I tip $10 per night each day) left several items uncleaned and even left the breakfast tray with old food and trash on it […] siting on the ottoman, gross. The casino management, only at one table mind you, wouldn't let me use my player card at the roulette table if my wife was going to be choosing any of the numbers to bet on even though I was the one putting the money down and making most of the decisions. All rooms in this hotel are a suite so they are spacious with a separate bedroom and sitting area. The hotel is huge so it takes a while to get to the gym, pool etc but you also have easy access to the Venetian. The spa was excellent and there are plenty of good food options in these hotels.

Beautiful hotel, great spa, close to everything. The housekeeping service was very sporadic and inconsistent - sometimes they completely cleaned the room, sometimes they just made up the bed. Had to ask for shampoo, etc.

The hotel is 5 years old, but the rooms look older. IT is over rated in my opinion. I stayed at Luxor before, and the differences are minimal. Yes the rooms in the Palazzo look a bit more trendy, but why pay 50-100$ more per night. If you want a true 5 star hotel this is not it. I would give it 4. Very nice hotel, large suites/rooms over 700SF.The pool area is tight with chairs, and in October when I was there it was shadowed by the building until 1pm, then they shout pool is now closed at 4:30pm and you are asked to vacate the area. Location, location, location. This is what is great about this hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is across the street from Fashion Mall, easy access to the freeway, walking distance to the other hotels, Very spacious room, couteous front desk clerk, and concierge. Maid service not consistent. FIrst day we had no bathroom rug. Second day […] we find a bathroom rug place near sink. We also did not see a box near the entrance to the bathroom containing an emery board, q-tips and a sewing kit. The maid place this on the third day. On another day the maid forgot to leave us a wash cloth. They serve a great breakfast in the restaurant on the lobby level as well as next to the valet. You can enjoy your meal outside in the patio. Very relaxing and outstanding waiter service. Unfortunately, it is a smoking hotel. Security checks your key card before you are allowed to enter the residence elevator. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Palazzo. The cheapest room we got is very similar to the cheapest room at our favorite hotel the Venetian which makes sense since they are sister hotels. Eventhough there is a resort fee of 20 dollars a day, the Palazzo provides coupons to offset the cost unlike Encore which makes you pay for a fee and you get […] NOTHING out of it. Room 16-906. I like gadgets so I feel I'm fairly capable of figuring out things without manuals. I found a couple things in the room to be less than ideal. First, our TV had very few channels to offer. The display did not seem to have a landing menu to help direct you to your viewing options. Guide did not work. Channel changing would not jump to next […] available channel and you couldn't tell if you were in fact changing channels until you eventually landed on one. Second, all the light switches, red main power??? Had difficulty understanding how to turn off the light on the wall between the beds since every other light had a a wall plate switch. Suggested enhancement, the room's window view is of a fairly large rooftop. It would be very Vegas of you to have the Vegas strip map painted on the roof top. Not only would it greatly improve on the disappointment of getting that room with the current so, so view, but you would add convenience by providing a blue print of navigating the strip. Everything was fine but . When we booked our stay with Hotels.com, our confirmation stated that our stay was paid in full. Upon check in we were charged additional $20 per day as "Resort fee" and required a $ 100 refundble deposit. We were told that our reservation was made by Expedia, whereas we made the reservation with Hotels.com.
