"Great Hotel and convenient to the airport"
Excellent place to stay, prices go down for the weekend which the opposite of the rest of the places in Vegas. The reason is that they don't provide a complimentary dinner on the weekend! "bad service"
I spent three nights in this hotel for Easter. I don't see how it can be rated so high. I mean, the room is ok but the service is terrible! I checked-in at 11.30pm and when I arrived there were no sheets in the sofa-bed. I called the reception and they said somebody would bring them soon. After almost half an hour and a few calls with no answer I had […] to go down and pick them up. They didn't even apologize! The carpet of the room wasn't vacuumed (as the rest of the hotel). When I arrived I found everything on the floor: coins, earphone and other pieces of stuff. The bathroom anyway was clean. The second day the room has not been clean-up, so when I came back at midnight I had to call for getting clean towels. The breakfast was very poor too and once again the service was not adequate. Although right by the freeway, the room was quiet and very nicely done with two rooms, a bedroom and a living room with an attached fully appointed kitchen including a dishwasher! Nós ja fomos para Las egas duas vezes e ficamos em hoteis cassinos. Interessante, mas chegou uma hora que enjoamos. Nessa terceira experiencia, estavamos de carro, o que da muita flexibilidade no transporte e estavamos só de passagem pela cidade, por tanto preferimos ficar próximo do aeroporto e num hotel sem cassino.
