"More upscale surroundings."
Amazing pool area, room for everyone! Not on the strip so it is a better atmosphere. Enjoyed every minute. Great staff all the way around.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Excellent Spa, room and restaurants"
We were there on a business trip, however would definitely go back for a weekend getaway. Resort fee was paid for a good use of the spa and lap pool. Elevators were fast and they offer convenient restaurants on the property. It is a bit far from the strip but it was totally worth the drive to the convention center. Staff was very courteous and it was […] very clean as a 5 star hotel should be. No complains! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"The room and view was amazing!"
The room and view was amazing. The valet and bellmen were top notch. I checked in to find a front desk clerk with an attitude. She didn't seem to like that I didn't book directly through the hotel. She wouldn't give me the room I had requested (smoking-king). She said there was non available. I went to the room assigned to me. Called the front desk […] manager. She had the bellman move my things back out of the non smoking room . After an hour wait. She got me the room I had originally booked. She was apologetic and made my experience turn into a more enjoyable experience. The key is don't take bad service as a reflection on the entire staff. Red rock is on my repeat visit list. "Great Resort away from the Strip"
Been here before, and would go again. Place is a fantastic resort away from the hustle of the strip. So close to Red Rock Canyon (hikes, driving the scenic route, amazing photo ops) that it's a must for those driving. Resort has just about everything you need: a casino (if that's necessary), great pool & spa, great food options, including a Yard House […] for some great craft beers, and an amazing state-of-the-art movie theater. Oh, I almost forgot, a Starbuck's. There you have it; all you need. The only "con" is there tricky way around wifi. At the desk they state that wifi is included in the resort fee, however, when you check out and there's a $24.99 + tax "resort fee" a day, you realize you've been had. That's my only real complaint, but it could be significant to many who choose this resort. These days, it should be free. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Away from strip traffic"
Overall it was good, however on this visit the Spa pool was not as clean as it should of been (yellowing walls). I was a bit dissapointed as I've stayed at the Red Rock Hotel for years now, and noticed this time the service level and cleanliness is a bit lacking...Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Great resort away from crazyiness of the strip. Great location. Resort charge is added to your quoted rate, so be aware that you will pay an additional fee when you check in.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice hotel - if you want to avoid the strip"
I stayed for a night to attend a conference. This is the nicest hotel I have stayed at in Las Vegas - modern, clean, and not smoky. The hotel was full (for the conference) so I got upgraded a suite - beautiful and huge room - too bad I didn't have more time/people to fully enjoy it. I actually preferred being away from the Strip, but be prepared - the […] hotel is pretty far removed from the Strip and the airport. At least there was little traffic, but the tax to/from the airport took a half hour or so and was not cheap. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"not great for a business trip"
Hardly any outlets in the room to plug your phone in so forget about being able to check your phone from the bed. The business center closes at 7 which is pretty inconvenient if you are there to work and lastly the gym closes at 7 too! Also forget about getting a signal almost anywhere in the hotel. I could only use one treadmill in the gym because […] I could only get service in that corner. The lobby again..little to no service. The hotel itself is nice...if you're there for fun..if you're there to work honestly its pretty inconvenient Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Little old, little far"
Definitly is not a five star hotel, maybe many years ago. Is little far from the strip, but the worst was the hotel lacks maintenance, for example the shower water wasn´t drained , so the water came up to the room.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Off Strip"
Good overall resort. Great selection of restaurants within resort from high end to food court. No need to go to the strip. Spa very expensive and attitude to place a reservation. Three conventions at same time in addition to concert on Saturday night. Had no problem with noise or delay in room service with all activity at the same time. Would recommend […] for weekend away or business trip. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"The best of the best"
I have been traveling to Las Vegas for three years now about every month. This was my first stay at Red Rock and the third hotel I visited this last trip. Without a doubt, this was the finest hotel I have stayed at in the last three years in Las Vegas. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is not obsessed with staying on the strip and the room […] and the amenties were simply amazing. I was so impressed. And I am in the resort business and have been for over twenty years now. Unless business necessitates my staying on the strip. I will be staying at Red Rock from now on. Private entrance was stylish, away from gaming end, and the service and design of the hotel were fabulous. Made all the difference in my last Vegas experience. "Resort fee's."
Was not happy about being charged a $27.95 resort fee to use the pool that wasn't even open for our 1 night stay. Also wasn't happy about the stupid alarm inside the room that repeated itself about 10+ times around midnight telling us about another alarm that had gone off before that that we never even heard on the 18th floor. First hotel I have even […] been to that would not allow us to take a very small cooler up to the room, had it with me because I had my 5 year old son with me. "Excellent "Off-Strip" resort!"
While I was in town on business, I stayed at the Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa. As I pulled up to the front of the hotel check in, I was greeted by the concierge who immediately took my bags inside and directed me to check-in. The check-in staff was polite and ready to assist immediately upon arrival to the hotel at 4pm. My room was ready to go and […] I had no issues with payment through Expedia. I was informed of the expected resort fee and it was as stated on the site. I was happy that high-speed wireless was included in the resort fee. The restaurants are top notch. I ate at the T-Bone Steakhouse (you have to try the 16 oz New York!), Yard House (120+ Beers on Tap) and "Grand Cafe'" (good breakfast!) Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Gorgeous area"
This was an incredibly nice hotel/casino in a beautiful area. My only issues were that there wasn't much else to do aside from gamble (there's also a bowling alley and a movie theater, neither of which I was interested in). Also, the room I stayed in just wouldn't get to the temperature I wanted. It was a little too warm the whole time, even with the […] A/C on full blast. Regardless, I had a good time here and would definitely return. Can't beat the price, and the airport shuttle was convenient--as soon as I got in, the driver gave me a cold bottle of water!
