T-Bones Chophouse - This upscale steakhouse features oversized dry-aged prime steaks and fresh fish flown in daily. Cocktails are served in the piano bar or outdoors on the South Beach-style patio around fire pit overlooking the pool. Nightly entertainment is in the lounge. It serves dinner nightly.

Terra Rossa Italian Restaurant - Homemade pasta, thin pizza from wood-burning oven, fish, and antipasto table and served for lunch and dinner daily.
Salt Lick BBQ - Enjoy classic Texas barbecue in a casual setting. Ribs, brisket, turkey, pork and served for lunch and dinner daily.
Turf Grill - Located by race and sports book, this restaurant offers burgers and comfort foods for lunch and dinner. All items are available for take-out.
Sandbar - This poolside café features appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, and salads. It is open seasonally for lunch and dinner.
Room service is available 24 hours a day.
Stars like Toby Keith and Motley Crue have performed at the new Red Rock Amphitheater located at the Resort. Concerts at the Sandbar poolside continue through the summer.
The backyard pool complex is just the place to cool off or perfect a golden tan. The fitness club offers cardio and strength-training equipment, yoga and Pilates classes, and kickboxing classes in a boxing ring (surcharges for classes). The resort also boasts its own 72-lane bowling center and 16-screen movie theater complex.
TPC at the Canyons, a championship golf course with a spectacular setting, is 3 miles away.
The Red Rock National Conservation Area (four miles) is a great place to hike, bike, horseback ride, photograph wildlife, or take scenic drives.

We were there on a business trip, however would definitely go back for a weekend getaway. Resort fee was paid for a good use of the spa and lap pool. The room and view was amazing. The valet and bellmen were top notch. I checked in to find a front desk clerk with an attitude. She didn't seem to like that I didn't book directly through the hotel. She wouldn't give me the room I had requested (smoking-king). She said there was non available. I went to the room assigned to me. Called the front desk […] manager. She had the bellman move my things back out of the non smoking room . After an hour wait. She got me the room I had originally booked. "Great Resort away from the Strip"
Been here before, and would go again. Place is a fantastic resort away from the hustle of the strip. So close to Red Rock Canyon (hikes, driving the scenic route, amazing photo ops) that it's a must for those driving. Resort has just about everything you need: a casino (if that's necessary), great pool & spa, great food options, including a Yard House […] for some great craft beers, and an amazing state-of-the-art movie theater. Oh, I almost forgot, a Starbuck's. There you have it; all you need. The only "con" is there tricky way around wifi. At the desk they state that wifi is included in the resort fee, however, when you check out and there's a $24.99 + tax "resort fee" a day, you realize you've been had. "Away from strip traffic"

I stayed for a night to attend a conference. This is the nicest hotel I have stayed at in Las Vegas - modern, clean, and not smoky. Hardly any outlets in the room to plug your phone in so forget about being able to check your phone from the bed. Without a doubt, this was the finest hotel I have stayed at in the last three years in Las Vegas. Was not happy about being charged a $27.95 resort fee to use the pool that wasn't even open for our 1 night stay. My only issues were that there wasn't much else to do aside from gamble (there's also a bowling alley and a movie theater, neither of which I was interested in).
