It is just okay. Not all rooms upgraded or updated...we stay here 2 times a year for its location. Be sure not to go barefoot in your suite, floors are filthy .

If you don't mind being 15-20 minutes away from the strip, then this is the place for you! So we've been looking for the last couple years for decent alternatives to the strip and downtown properties. This is DEFINITELY a good one... just as long as you don't mind driving to all of the action. This place is located about 18 minutes west of Las Vegas […] Blvd if you drive the streets. You might be able to save a minute or two if you take the 215 fwy back to Interstate 15 north into the city. Either way, it's not that far away from all the action. Stayed in a 1 bedroom condo for a couple days for a wedding. It was about 750-800 square feet in my opinion (I know the brouchure says more). They have an outdoor BBQ area, a clubhouse with a billards table, a outdoor pool and a hottub. They also offer a complimentary shuttle to the center of the strip every hour. The room was clean. The property was really quiet when we stayed. They have a large shopping center a few blocks up the street. Plenty of food places surround you, from fast food to sit-down restaurants. They only offer turndown service 4 days per week to keep down on costs. Got both days for the price of 1 night at a strip hotel. Ya can't beat that considering! Read more

The room was clean and the condo was spacious. The pool is very small but clean and fun with the waterfalls. As the weather has been cooling off, it would have been nicer if it had been heated, but we still had a good time. We thought it odd that we had to take our trash out at the end of our stay. Cons:The apartment/timeshare was clean & large but Megan at check-in gave us no info on pool hrs, surrounding area, or really anything. They advertise a shuttle gets you to the strip in 20 mins. but it's so far away that there would have to be no traffic & hit all green lights along the way. Not going to happen in this town! The color tv in the liviing […] room made everyone look purple & wouldn't adjust it to look any better. The microwave didn't work, & the beautiful pool they show in their picture had filthy walls. I had always stayed on the strip before, but this was a different and great experience. Distance to the strip is the only down side of this hotel but very good neighborhood close to all kinds of shopping. We stayed here for four nights. Two grandparents, two parents and two children (1.5 yrs and 3.5 yrs old). Room was comfortable and nice. The carpet in the living room was so dirty that your feet would turn black if they walked on it barefoot. Otherwise, no real complaints. Kitchen was great. Full size laundry was also great. We have stayed at Cliffs at Peace Canyon at least 10 times. It has all the amenities of home. Good location for restaurants and off-strip shopping. There is a target a few minutes away. Great place to stay when traveling with kids. Clean and quiet.

My husband and I had gone to Vegas with a friend, so it was awesome that we had a bedroom to ourselves, and my friend could sleep on the pull out couch in the living room. The room was clean, and the largest room we have ever stayed in. It was very reasonable too. The only problem was that it was a bit of a drive to the […] strip, but it was worth it. It was very comfy, they had quick service, they didn't charge a nightly resort fee or charge extra for parking, they had a wonderful kitchenette which allowed us to heat up food. Loved it. Perfect for anyone with little ones. This was our first out of state trip with our 15 month old, so we weren't sure what to expect. I have family & friends in Vegas, so we didn't go to hang out on the Strip. This worked out perfect. Want a large room/condo in good condition for a low price? Don't want to deal with the hassles of the strip and prefer a little peace and quiet? If so, the Cliffs at Peace Canyon are for you. Being outdoor enthusiasts, my wife and I felt the Cliffs were ideal for a quick drive out to Red Rocks or Blue Diamond. When the weather turned bad (unusual for […] Vegas!) we were happy to go back and enjoy a soak in the hot tub. The "Hotel" appears to be a previous condo community that has been renovated for timeshares and condo rentals. The condo we stayed in was very clean, very spacious, nicely decorated and quiet. Some of the other clientelle/ permanent residents may detract from the overall impression. However, we would, without a doubt, stay there again. Between the extra amenities(ex.: free movie rentals, washer and dryer in the condo, fully functional kitchen), no casino smoke, better pricing compared to hotels in the same area, and nicer accomodations, the Cliffs have certainly earned our repeat business. Over and above the comfort etc of the accommodation, the staff were absolutely brilliant! During my stay in Vegas (we're from the UK) I was taken seriously ill, and had to be admitted into the local ER hospital for 5 days leaving my wife (who could not drive in the US) on her own in the hotel. The staff extended our stay on a day-by-day basis until […] I was well enough to leave Las Vegas, and ran my wife around to the hospital every day until I was well enough to return to the hotel to recouperate. The Cliffs at Peace Canyon is a beautiful condo complex, with all the comforts of home in your rooms. The full use kitchen was perfect after a week on the road eating restaurant meals, and included a dishwasher and laundry facilities in the room. The shuttle schedule was consistent and the drivers were knowledgeable about good spots to dine. Our room was next to the pool, which was lovely.The only drawback to this was the hours that the pool could be used. It was open for swimming until midnight, and on our first night there, it was used by a rather loud group until that time. They did respect the rules though, and got out at midnight which was good. The decor in the one bedroom condo which we were in was very tasteful and elegant. I would stay at The Cliffs again and would recommend it to those travelers who want to distance themselves from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Read more

Sehr schöne gepflegte und ruhige Anlage, ca. 10 Minuten per Auto zum Strip. Dort kann man überall kostenlos parken. Sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, Geschirrspülmaschine, etc. Sogar 1 Portion Waschpulver und Geschirrspülmittel war da. Sehr empehlenswert!

Für diese Anlage haben wir uns kurzfristig im Dez.2011 entschieden , nachdem wir wegen Schlechtwetter unseren Sedona Aufenthalt stornierten. Den vielen positiven Bewertungen können wir uns 100% ig anschließen . Die Anlage ist fantastisch , die Wohnung sehr groß und gemütlich , sogar mit Waschmaschine u. Trockner . Wir haben auch nicht festgestellt , daß irgendwelche Leute einem Verkaufsveranstaltungen aufschwatzen wollten , wie man es so oft von anderen Timesharingresorts liest . Es gibt auf Anmeldung einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum und vom Strip. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Zur unserem geplanten Aufenthalt im Mai gibt es leider derzeit wohl keine Kapazitäten bei Hotels .com ? Schade ! Read more
