I always enjoy staying at The Palms. It is off the strip but gives you everything you need to enjoy Las Vegas. It was great. Very clean, nice staff,very accommodating. I wanted a smoking room with the Jacuzzi. When I arrived I was then advised that the Jacuzzi rooms are nonsmoking. I was given another smoking room option. I was allowed to see each room before picking one. The nonsmoking Jacuzzi room was on a lower floor and looked a bit dated. The Jacuzzi was […] in the bathroom and it is more like a regular small tub with jets. As average size ppl 2 ppl couldn't sit in it comfortably. I think, so instead I went with the smoking option that gave me a higher floor, updated and remodeled room, with a great view. You have to request somethings,like microwaves, extra lotion and extra towels but they bring them really fast. It was really hot out and I found myself showering a lot. even though the automated wet bar in the room charged me for multiple items that were never touched, once I let management no my account was incorrect they immediately fixed the charges. The movies theater was cheap and there was a dill for almost everyday of the week. The restaurants were expensive like everything else, but very good. The hotel not so close to the strip but for $10 you can take a taxi or for $6 ride the bus.I had fun overall and I would stay there again. I have not been to Las Vegas for 10 years. There are a lot of new properties; but sadly, plenty of poverty has developed. My stay started off badly but picked up in as my room was changed. I purchased a superior room which was in bad shape but was then down graded to another room which was in far better shape. I cried initially. As they changed my room I was assisted by a valet named Teddy. I can't say enough by him he was delightful and extremely efficient. If you need […] any assistance please see him he made this experience a great one for me and my friends. The employers at the spa were also a terrific group of people. I will rate my experience a high 4 out of 5. The beds in the ivory tower were wonderful. For great food visit the Tuscany and meet another of Vegas finest . The hotel was just been renovated. Everything is new and very clean. Is it a bit inconvenient to walk from the parking lot through the casino and to the elevators. The parking is on the right side of the casino but the elevator to the room are on the left side of the casino. I experienced a little inconvenience because the TV in our room was so dimmed, […] T was looking at the a total BLACK screen when the movie scenes occur at night. I ask the service tech to come up but himself could not fixed it. The wall mounted flat screen TV does not have any button to adjust the brightness; and the generic remote control did not have brightness adjustment. It was just one night so I turned the TV off. Next time make sure one takes into account the resort fee+tax to the total room cost. Read more

One of our best vegas trips ever, we arrived around 6 and still was able to get the top floor. Free comps on breakfast buffet and the niteclubs + 2:1's on the drinks was unbeatable. GhostBar was amazing! The Hotel felt like us, I would would def. book again.
