Would of been a 5 rating except for I wasn't told I had to put down a deposit when I arrived at the hotel... (after I paid for the room in full weeks... ahead of time.) Luckily I had the deposit amount of I don't think they would've allowed me to have my room. Booked online and not through Hilton directly. Front desk staff was friendly. Housekeeping failed to clean one day and we were very disappointed to return late one night and found room had not been cleaned and no one from housekeeping was available. We manged to get clean towels and we washed the dishes

it was ok staff was very helpful had a power outage so that made things not so good elevator did not work. during this time i wanted to have a late check out but with no lights or power it did not make sense

I was so pleased with the hotel. Not having to go through a Casino was the best. The deli was great, very convenient. The workers were very good at customer service (fun, helpful, food was excellent). Nice touch! Concierge is a fun person and so helpful, ticket recommendations awesome.

Beautiful Suite! Lots of amenities! Kitchen well stocked with all cooking utenciles I needed. gift/deli located in Hotel not to pricey. Shopping near by. Easy acess to gaming using monirail.

the value of the accomodations was acceptable, I stay approx 130+ nights a year in business hotels and expected this to be a little more like home. It appeared to be just another hotel. Not bad or good, just another hotel. location great to convention center, monorail and lower strip if that is where you want to be.

My wife and I had a great time. We were really surprise with all the amenities that the rooms come with. The only thing that might bother someone is the fact that the pool is visible from the parking structure and as guest arrive to the hotel.

Slept on sofa bed while friend took bed; both were very comfortable. Front desk, convenience store, and cleaning staff were all very friendly and efficient. There was some noise during the day from construction on other floors, which should have been noted on the website. Kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, utensils. Worst part was checking out. Friend's […] cell phone had died so she called my cell phone from the phone in the hotel room. It was $15+ per call, for 2 calls, both of which were less than one minute!!! That's simply unacceptable. That the front desk clerk did not offer to waive at least one of the fees is almost maddening enough for me not to recommend the hotel. That being said, however, everything else was nice. The location is a few blocks from the tram, and even the Hilton nearest to it. The pool is nice. Read more

Great hotel for anywhere else; but, for Vegas it has very minimal services. We really only slept there and ate, played, and shopped elsewhere.
