"Bad service..,"
It took two hours to check in. We arrived at 4pm the line was so long and they only had two people working the front desk. I was charged $25 for a resort fee for which I wasn't able to enjoy because the pool was closed at the time they finished checking in. The pool closed at 6pm what a rip off.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"No customer service !!!!"
It was one of the worst experience starting with the manager of the Coffee Shop, Victor to one of the front desk manager working the shift on March 27.2013 around 11 AM to my dirty room , dust everywhere and garbage left from previous clients, it was disgusting. With the $25 dollars extra they charge per day , i've been charge for 2 days . I check in […] on 03/26 at 4 or 5 PM the resort close at 6 i guess...but anyway who will use it after 5pm and they still charged me, the second day i had the chance to use it but they didn't let me go and have my coffee by the pool in the case they don't serve any coffee inside the resort. It was a nightmare. Being in vacation spending money to comfort yourself and you end up in some place like Treasure Island with all the staff they dont know how to do their job! we pay those peoples and they suppose to help in making your stay pleasant Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Never again!"
Would NEVER stay there again! Old hotel so the filtration system is not on par with the newer hotels! Sooooo smokey. Couldn't even enjoy food in restaurants. All in all, we tried to be out of the hotel as much as possible. Only stayed there because a relative we were meeting booked there. But they also said they would never stay there again! "March Madness"
The service was poor. It took almost three hours for us to get into our room after we checked in. I asked to speak to a manager and was just put on hold for a half hour. The location was nice because you are near all of the other resorts. When I go back to Vegas I will stay somewhere else.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Positively the Worst Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip"
It was impossible to navigate the main floor - no logical signage anywhere, which makes you wander all around in every direction just to find the elevators, the front door, the garage, the front desk, etc. You will waste 30 minutes a day just trying to get around this place by trial and error, which was a huge nightmare for us. The main floor / casino […] area was dull and dingy and just plain crappy looking and filthy. They would set chairs around a spilled drink instead of just cleaning it up. The buffet was mostly not edible as almost everything that was cooked was so overdone it was dried out and hard. Positively the worst buffet you will ever get in Vegas. The seafood at a Long John Silvers is better than theirs. Even though the website specifically stated the $28 per day resort fee was optional, they would not drop that bogus extra charge at check in. Over the last 10 years we have stayed at the majority of the hotels on the strip and we all agreed this was our worst experience of them all. Every hotel on the strip has decent rooms, as did this one, however everything else about Treasure Island was a sorry excuse for the quality that you would normally expect. And the price of around $125 per night plus the additional bogus $28 per night resort fee was simply way out of line. Stay away from this dump if you really want a nice vacation. There are many cheaper hotel properties on the strip and any of them would be a much better choice. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

Added a $26 resort fee, which was not planned or advertised. Was there on business, had no plans for the resort, plus most of the things covered were just 2 for 1 coupons. Stupid and left a bad taste.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I have stayed at all the high end casinos in Vegas and when checking on a last minute stay with my son I decided to stay there because of the free internet because my son is glued to his MAC. When checking in we asked how to sign in and the receptionist told us if we wanted internet we would have to pay an optional resort fee of $23 dollars. I said […] that hotels.com advertised it as included. The response was they don't know what they are talking about. Bottom line is I don't like the bait and switch so therefore I am done with Treasure Island . Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"extreme smoke smell, $28 resort fee per NIGHT"
The resort fee is extremely high - inexcusable. All the common areas and the casino smells of heavy smoke. Kids and pregnant woman should avoid. Location has pros and cons. It is next to the Fashion Mall which is then next to nothing. It is kind of far from the real center of the strip. But again, with the INSANELY expensive resort fee (do the math […] and you'll see why you should boycott businesses that do surcharges) and the heavy smoke smell, you should avoid this place. There are better hotels for cheaper! REMEMBER, add the resort fee for EACH and EVERY night you stay. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

When I arrived, about 6:30pm took me almost an hr. to get registered. Sat in line at valet. With all the Taxi drivers in line & blocking everyone. There are only 2 lanes for the guests to drive thru & one of them was blocked with parked cars. It was a mess. The rooms are nice, but the beds are old & felt like I was sleeping on a hamock. We left for […] breakfast about 9am came back around 2 & room still hadn't been clean. So we just got clean towels from house keeping. No wi-fi works in the room, but in casino it does. I booked my rooms from Hotels.com but ended up paying reg. room rate because of the resort fees. What a joke. Never again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"One of the worst ever"
I stayed in a suite room, and they didn't provide us with most of the amenities that were written in their web site! When we arrived, there was no valet and I had to drag our bags from the self parking structure. TV wasn't working the first night. House keeping skipped us for a whole day! The second day the housekeeping lady asked me what I want her […] to come and clean. Well, I told her 5 pm, she told me: "no, I need to go home", and she simply went home without cleaning our room! Room services was terrible. All the front desk and staff members have terrible attitude. Check out is at 11am! There is no security in the elevators.
