Realize the hotel is under renovation and did not expect much w/ the low prices. The price, the size and location was good. But hotel service was lacking: no room service one of the days( left w/ used wet towels, kleenex box empty for two days, no vacuumed [had a piece of paper on the floor was never picked up] torn wall paper hanging under sink,water […] was barely warm for baths, room lighting dark had to take the lamp shades off of all lights, no one answers the front desk, no manager could be found to contact). Everything fine for the price...just room service and CARPETS were really dirty had to wear shoes the whole time. The "upgraded" room was a bit tired and the carpet needed replacement, but the room was clean and the beds comfortable. The greatest thrill was being on the strip. That was terrific. Access to parking was easy from Koval and there was sufficient parking spaces. Overall, a great low room rate for a fantastic location, well worth it!

Once the construction is over things will be almost perfect. Fun dealers, clean as can be expected, lots of security. friendly staff. Check in was a hassle, but if you're already a Total Rewards member then they have a separate line. Very confused by the location of the concierge desk though. Over all, would definitely stay again.

Was charged extra hotel fees and there was no non smoking room. Stayed two nights payed 75 with hotel.com and had to pay extra $45!

We enjoyed our stay at the Quad. I wasn't expecting much because I knew it was under construction. The construction causes a lot of foot traffic from the strip. When we checked in it took over an hour. The line was out of control. We went out to the strip and when I came back I thought I had entered a refugee camp. The line for check in was still out […] of control and people, luggage, kids and pets lined the halls. That was all gone by the next morning. As for the room, it was fine. There is a balcony and comfy bed. The TV was old and tiny but I wasn't in Vegas to watch TV. All in all I would stay again but probably won't check in on a Friday night again. Read more

I knew the Imperial Palace had a reputation for being dirty, cheap and loud but the rebranded "Quad" was worse than I could have imagined. The decor is horrendous, there is no design criteria for the hotel. The Internet is downright unbearable. I was able to get about 20 minutes of connection in my 3 day stay with hours spent with the hotel IT staff […] (which is outsourced) to figure out a solution. No solution was ever found. It is unthinkable that such a simple service could not be provided considering this hotel does include a pricey resort fee per day. The bed was comfortable, that is the only positive thing about this hotel. Everything else was beyond terrible. The casino was drab, the stairwells scary, the hallways trashed like a state-run dormitory. Don't make the mistake by staying here because it is cheap. Read more

2nd year visiting the Quad and was not disappointed. Last year the rooms looked plain, but as soon as I stepped in the door a sense of comfort immediately took over my body. I especially like the tv, a major upgrade from the standard television set.

To be honest, I didn't utilize ANY of the facilities because my friends were all staying at fancier casinos across the street (Bellagio and Mirage). However, the location and price were GREAT. I saved over $500 staying at a DIFFERENT hotel than my friends, so I was happy to have the extra spending money. I just used my room as a crash pad and it served […] me well. I did not see any bugs, and that is always my main concern with hotels/motels. Expect more of a "motel" feel than hotel, as for the look of the place (although they are in the process of remodeling), but if you are looking for a place to sleep, it was relatively clean and comfortable. I did find a couple hairs on my bed, but the sheets were WHITE and appeared clean. I think the house-cleaner was shedding. The sheet on the other bed had a light stain on it, but I think it was actually CLEAN. Lots of soft pillows for people that like that sort of thing. Balcony was useless, but it was there...I guess smokers might appreciate that? I had an online coupon for hotels.com that saved me 10%...for 5 nights, my total came out to $265 (after the coupon and a sale they were having). I would definitely stay there again. You get "old vegas" prices for a GREAT strip location. Also it's very close to cheap places to eat if you are low on $$, or like to spend your $$ on other things than food! I am sure hotels that charge by the hour are cleaner than The Quad. When I checked in, I stood in line for over twenty minutes. The receptionist was friendly when I got to the front (that was the highlight), she gave me the option of a room overlooking the bar that has live music until 3am or a room that was farther but more quiet. I chose poorly. I […] went with the farther room. Upon entering, the trash cans had not been emptied, there was no soap anywhere and the only two towels there were wet and covered in makeup. Stains on all the furniture (probably from Sinatra era) and I didn't dare walk barefoot on that carpet. It took three tries to get in touch with house keeping and two hours for them to clean the room. Two members of my party flat out refused to stay in their rooms and left to a more expensive but cleaner hotel. It may be ideally located on The Strip, but that does not make up for everything else. We booked 2 rooms, neither was without fault. blankets seemed dirty, bathrooms had issues (someone on the floor in 1, the other had a mostly-clogged tub). When we checked in, we were told that there were no non-smoking rooms at our rate, and if we paid $10/room for an upgrade, we could get non-smoking. Our stay was OK. The Quad is under a lot of construction so it is set up in the best way they can for helping guest. The rooms are very run down but clean. Showers have very little pressure. We paid very little to stay in this location of Vegas due to these reasons. For just sleeping and changing it was perfect. We are not the types who hang out in […] the rooms, so it was good for us. Can't wait to see it finished. The Mexican restaurant up on the third floor was very good. It is also nice to have a Fat Tuesday's on the main floor also. Not to crazy about not bring drinks to the pool. Understand they want you to buy theirs but when you just bought one from somewhere else (The big cold wonderful drinks) You would like to drink it fresh. The staff was courteous but appeared understaffed at check-in. The premises were clean however there is construction going on throughout which caused confusion at the hotel entrance and throughout the stay. Would not recommend a visit unless you confirm construction is complete.

I'm not satisfy at all staying at quad hotel, I have to stand in ankle high water because drain was not working at all, I complain at front desk and they changed room from 4th floor to 6th floor but had same problem, room was dirty with dust , specially bath room under the sink. another problem I had was it took 45 minutes to security come and open […] my door when I lock myself out when I get out to for ice . The service was sub-par at best. The House Hash A Go Go was amazing, and the service that I received there was excellent. The night we got there it took nearly an hour and a half to check into the room. Once we made it upstairs we found that our room hadn't been cleaned and there were beer bottles and garbage every where. After waiting in line again […] we were given a different room. The construction going on was highly distracting and left the hotel with a very drafty feeling. The customer service was absolutely terrible. Although about half of the staff was friendly it could not make up for the fact that registration took forever, there is almost no one that will give you even a cup of water, and the hotel itself is a total mess. The pool did not open on time (don't know if it is open now, but it is probably disgusting even […] if so) and there is no fitness center right now. The parking lot is also a giant mess, difficult to find parking in, and valet is full more than half the time. Despite the excellent location you would be much better off staying anywhere else on the strip. Circus Circus and Excalibur would both be preferable - a friend stopped by from Excalibur and was shocked at the Quad. Read more

WHen I objected and asked how did this make sense they then sent me to sign up for a players card somewhere in the maze of a casino so I could get the room NOW. The staff was very unfriendly and rude. The carpets were duct taped. The paint was peeling off of our walls, the place looked like a $25 motel room. It took an hour to check in and they charged us for wireless when we dd not use it. To stay an extra night they would not even give us any deal even though the whole stay was already horrible enough.
