My husband and I always stay at the Comfort Inn on Paradise Road in Las Vegas. The rooms are always neat and clean. The continental breakfast is also commendable; they have a nice variety of breakfast items. We will continue to stay there during our trips to Vegas.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"no wheelchairs or wheelchair access!!"
The hotel was ok. However, we found some blood, yes blood, in the bathtub that had not been cleaned up from previous guest. Then, I injured myself while in Vegas, and hotel offered no wheelchairs or even access for wheelchairs! The shuttle was in repair as well, so no shuttle service to airport available. The customer service was good. That's the only […] thing that saved this review! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Noisy, across side street from strip joint and crabby staff"
This hotel was not a good place to stay as a female traveling alone. Noisy. Airport shuttle took more than an hour to pick me up. Harried and crabby staff. Across the street from a girlie club. Bad neighborhood. I went out to try and get something to eat and was warned by a cop not to walk around...and it was 4 pm. Would not stay there again. Yuck.Genuine Expedia guest review
"What Happened to Customer Service??"
Although this was not our first trip to Vegas, it was our first road trip there with the kids! After driving 2100 km in 2 days, we were confident in having a Comfort Inn to check in to as we use this chain frequently. We puposely looked for a motel with a kitchenette as it's hard to feed a family on "the Strip".When I opened the door I almost started […] crying! It was dark and dingy and the kitchen was a 2 burner flat top. I could have dealt with it better had the kitchen at least come equipped with some cutlery, plates, and cookware that was promised on the internet ad. The worst part though, was the front desk staff. When ever we called up to ask for something, "J" would respond with one word answers and never even try to be accomodating. When I asked if there was a corkscrew I could borrow it was a flat out "No". Not, "we don't have one but there's a store down the street....". Had he been somewhat friendly or helpful I probably would not be writing this bad review although the rooms left a lot to be desired! A little customer service can go a long way. At least I've learned to check out hotels more thoroughly before I book! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
