"coordination between reception and shuttle staff"
Everything including check in, rooms and staff was good. The only problem was with the shuttle service. We used the shuttle service for airport and strip, and there was whatsoever no timing coordination between the shuttle drivers and the staff at check in counter. The staff told us that shuttle would be at the airport in 20 minutes, and when we reached […] at airport (on the 18th minute), the shuttle went right in front of us, and the reception staff said that the driver was waiting at the airport for 10 minutes, which was definitely not true. If shuttle was going to arrive there after 20 minutes, why was the driver waiting at the airport for 10 minutes?, next morning we had to go to the airport and we booked the shuttle for a certain time. When we reached in the hotel parking from our room, the driver had already left and didnt know that we had booked the shuttle. "La Quinta Las Vegas - Pet Friendly, close to Strip"
we chose this hotel because of it's proximity to the strip and because they are dog friendly (without the extra fee!!) The grounds are well-maintained - great grassy area for dogs and my husband enjoyed the workout room, pool and hot tub. Our dog enjoyed the biscuits upon arrival and overall we all had a great stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
